We just had a good lunch at Chili’s after our GB’s soccer game.
I order nachos to dominate and coffee because I was frozen. They were delicious!
The hubs ordered The Big QP burger.He said it was good.
We usually get the name of our server and I didn’t give it this time but she was very friendly and gave us good service. The manager came by to see how we’re doing and pick up plates. I appreciate that.
We had an enjoyable lunch. Would definitely return if we were in the area.

Jackie was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us and made us feel welcome. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, checked on us at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.
Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for her guests truly stood out. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask and made excellent recommendations. You can tell she takes pride in her work and enjoys making people’s dining experience special.

The girl who brought us our food was kinda rude, and I’m pretty sure I saw her hit a vape or something before bring it out. I didn’t catch her name but she had purple in her hair. Otherwise really great food

Our wait staff was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic as well. We went to Chili’s for our 39th wedding anniversary after another high end restaurant fell through. I am so glad it did! We did not have to wait for anything. They were quick to serve but not obtrusive. Truly a great experience. I highly reccommend!

Friday evening 6:30 and the parking lot was almost full. Waited leas than 10 minutes of the estimated 10 to 15. Server was at our table to get our drinks and offer appatizers almost immediately. Shè took oir sinner order as well since we were ready. Food was out fast and the steaks were perfectly cooked. Even with the dinning rooms full, our server checked on us mutiple times. Nice dinner and vwry enjoyable.

Update: 8-6- 2023. It was better second time around.
My experience at Chili’s restaurant is typically a very nice one . I can’t say the same for my recent experience at the Bartlesville Oklahoma location. There was a short wait to be seated when we 1st arrived but that was no problem. Our server was very gracious and extremely polite when my family and I sat at the table . He took our drink orders and moments later another server delivered them to our table. My wife had then asked for some lemons for her water. The young man seemed annoyed as if he would of greatly appreciated knowing she wanted lemons before bringing it to the table. After retrieving the lemons my wife thanked the young man for bringing the lemons and his response was “yeah”. From there it was an exceptionally long wait before we received our food. This was not a very busy night. There seem to be trouble in the kitchen because we could hear somebody shouting at the workers in the back. It was not something you really care to hear while trying to have a meal with your family. It was definitely an ugly disturbance.. Nevertheless, when our food arriveed it was hot and fresh and our original server continued with his great service. For the most part the food was great, but the other complications make this visit not one of the better ones.

The Ribs are better here than Rib Crib. Larger portions, higher gade cut and actually have MEAT on the ribs. Burgers are excellent and HUGE. Sides are great.

Stevi is just too sweet l!! She was very attentive and was tight there when I needed something! She was very informative. Caring all around just a great experience with her!! Do what you have to keep good help they are are to come by. Shes a keeper glad she is with chili’s! I love seeing her do her thing!!

Went for my birthday because I’ve been wanting to try their famous mozzarella sticks & they were amazing. My only issue is their “Nashville Hot” isn’t hot in the least & it’s just a lot of seasonings, in my opinion just an overload of flavor & not in a good way. I mentioned it to our lovely waitress & she immediately got me different chicken strips. Altogether great experience!
