Great experience and perfect location for a late(r)-night beverage and snack. I stopped by an hour before closing to enjoy a cocktail and a snack and the bartender was friendly and personable. She made this delicious (new to the menu) Lemon Drop Marg! Thank you, Tierra! Highly recommend this Chili’s location!

We love Chili’s and this particular location is very good. Our waitress Kris is so thorough, attentive and sweet.. just love her! I had the chicken fajitas for the second time and they were absolutely perfect. The rest of my family loved their food too and everything came out piping hot. We usually go here with a large party and we are served quickly and efficiently. The only thing I would say is that the restroom does need some love and looks like it has seen better days. But that’s not a big deal for me just thought I’d mention it. It is wheelchair accessible as far as I can tell.
Also they do have a few gluten-free options and you can always modify a burger if you need to. Although I wouldn’t bother doing that even though the burgers are definitely good and worth it. Just go ahead and get the chicken fajitas and thank me later! Definitely recommend!

The food was good, but Justin was the real star of the show! He was extremely pleasant and accommodating! He never let my drink get past half empty and made sure we had everything we needed to properly enjoy our experience! Genuinely the best service I’ve received in all of Enid! Thank you Justin! You’re amazing!

Haven’t had chili’s in long time. Because of bad experiences. But went ahead tried it again. And it was all different. Food was top notch delicious! Burgers were huge and tasty. Chicken honey chipotle crispers was so good. Everyone was happy with their plates. And the waitress was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Will be coming back.

I know it was late, but service was not all that great, no offered for refill, was going to get desert to go and was told they weren’t going to make it, it was past last call. I didnt know there was such a thing when ordering food to go.
The lunch bartender is always excellent, this particular night bartender left alot to be desired.

On the other hand, my burger bites were ok even though the bun was somewhat hard. Babyyyyy, I will say our drinks were amazing
Fun fact: Chili’s, mixes my favorite mango syrup, sprite, and lemonade drink of all places!!! A few years ago, a server in OKC (Rockwell & Expressway) turned me on to this amazing mixology!!!

Joe was absolutely the best waiter and gave us the best experience! We never had to ask for our drinks to be refilled, our food came out super quick and he kept our chips filled too!

Waitress was absolutely outstanding! Had an issue with rowdy teenagers that came in after we got our food that were instantly being loud and all over the place like children hopped up on sugar right before bed. We had to ask our waitress if we could be moved, which luckily she was able to handle for us no problem. My main concern is the management there. Where were they during this situation and our complaint? Why was it only our waitress that handled this situation? Was the manager not concerned enough to ask us about the issue nor address the boys that ended up being given their own section basically? Ridiculous! Our waitress was more concerned about our complaint than any supervisor there. First time I’ve ever had a complaint at a restaurant that the manager could care less about
