We had reservations at Gordon Ramsay’s tonight for our 8-year anniversary, but after waiting over an hour with no dinner in sight, we finally gave up and left. We came to this Chili’s instead, and honestly it saved our night.
Our waiter Cameron was incredible. So polite, so attentive, and unbelievably quick. The service here was better than at the “fancy” place we originally planned. Our food came out hot, delicious, and fast, and the whole experience turned what started as a stressful night into a wonderful anniversary dinner.
Thank you so much for the amazing service and hospitality. Truly great business and a great team. You saved our anniversary! ️

Fantastic place for a family dinner. Amber was an amazing waitress (kilpatrick turnpike location). Food was very good. Can’t really find any faults. Will be going back soon. Thank for the memories

After a very long time we finally dined in at Chillis. The food was unexpectedly good. Ordered the triple dipper (southwestern egg rolls, big mouth bites and bone in chicken wings), Alex’s Santa Fe Burger and burger from kids menu. For dessert we had Reeses Peanut butter pie. Food was good!

Been a minute since I’ve had Chili’s. Decided to place a pickup order on a whim today. Love the brisket quesadillas. It comes with 3 condiment sides and I received all of them. The to-go packaging has also improved so much since I’ve last ordered. Nice bags and boxes. I was a bit confused because I think every Chili’s I’ve been to specifically offers curbside pickup, and it didn’t appear this location offers it. (Or maybe this changed since I last ordered) The signs say to-go parking, not curbside and the instructions I received via text said to go inside. I brought my dog in the car with me thinking I could do curbside like normal. Luckily, I called and the gentleman who answered was friendly and willing to bring it out to me when I asked if someone could walk it to the front door or something like that. I felt bad but now I know! He was very nice about it. And great lunch!

Our server, Riley was amazing! Attentive, kind and friendly.
We had ancho salmon, 10oz steak, Nashville & Mango habanero bone-in wings, margaritas and strawberry lemonade, and chips + salsa. We will def come back to this location, as both food + service was great!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but my wife and I went for dinner and had an excellent experience. The food was very good, but the best part of the evening was our waiter Skyler. He was phenomenal! He was very friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job. What was even more impressive was when he brought our check, he told us it was his first day working the floor! Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had at any restaurant in quite a while.

Customer service at this place is amazing! It’s every bit as good as at upscale restaurants, yet with a casual atmosphere and prices. Our server Marcy introduced herself by announcing almost apologetically that she was on her first solo shift. Despite her relative lack of experience she was very attentive to details. The biggest thing is she made us feel welcome.
As we ate I noticed that surrounding employees were providing upscale service to their respective customers. Each one struck a positive tone that could be felt throughout the dining area. Uniformly good service does that.
As we prepared to leave the manager, Leslie, stopped to see if our experience was up to par. I took the opportunity to compliment not only our server, but the employees around us. (I spent nearly 40 years managing various aspects of customer service and am aware this level of courteous professionalism rarely happens spontaneously.) Leslie confirmed staff members receive specific training on every aspect of their roles, especially soft skills. She and her team are doing a great job getting the point across.
My only reservation about our visit came when our main courses arrived. My smashburger was a little overdone and dry, uncharacteristic of this type of burger. However the fries were perfect, as was the potato soup I chose to take home to eat another day.
Bottom line: Kudos to everyone for setting the stage for a pleasant dining experience. We travel to this area periodically and are planning to stop again in the future.

We dined at Chilis on Memorial last night. We eat out every Friday with our kids. Our server, Ashlie, provided us the best service we have had in probably three years. I was a server for 10 years, so I have high expectations of drink refills, checking on us when our food is served, etc. Ashlie is passionate about her job as is showed in her friendliness, attitude, and service. She ensured our drinks stayed full, food met our expectations, and all our needs were met. She even had some jokes for us which were making all of us laugh. Ashlie’s attentiveness and personality is what makes a great server and experience. Chilis is lucky to have her on board. We will be back just to see Ashlie. If she sees this review, please know you are amazing at what you do. The service industry is not always easy; you made our dinner out an enjoyable experience! Thank you!
