️’s you have pulled it together and really redeemed yourself. I used to come to this location with my husband and we were so disappointed before and during COVID, that I haven’t been back for years!
Fast forward to Friday night. The place is busy and there’s no wait. Winning. The service is spectacular! Winning. The food quality was good and the portions adequate. Winning. The restroom was clean as well!!
I guess it is time to start coming back regularly and become one of those bottomless chip eaters!

Our home chilis! We love coming here weekly/biweekly and we are always happy with everything from start to finish. I specifically want to brag on our usual waitress, Kayla. Our daughter adores her, and gets so excited to see her when we come in. Kayla treats us amazing, she’s waited on us enough to know our drink and food orders before we even sit down, but she always makes an effort to stop by and make sure we’re enjoying everything, even when she’s not our waitress. Everytime we see her, she has a smile on her face and always excited to see us. Our usual end of meal survey just isn’t enough recognition for how well she treats me, my husband, and our daughter. The staff as a whole is wonderful, but we are thankful for the service she gives us every time we stop in

Our visit to Chili’s wasn’t the best experience ️. It took 35 minutes for our food to come out, which felt like forever . My wife and I ordered the Fajitas with 3 meats, and my mother-in-law had the Smash Burger from the 3 for Me menu .
Our server kept forgetting things we asked for, and initially told us they had to defrost more meat for our order ❄️ . When I asked to speak with the manager, he came out and addressed us, but his attitude was a bit cocky . He explained they were slammed with dine-in and to-go orders ♂️ , but the explanation didn’t feel sincere.
While we did receive a small compensation on our meal , it didn’t fully make up for the delays and the frustrating service. The food was okay, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Hopefully, next time they’ll be better prepared and a bit more professional ♂️.

We went in around 4 ish and Jenna was my server and she was super amazing. Drinks stayed full, she kept the table area clean and was just a great server to have overall. My steak was a little overcooked but it was still good. We’ll be coming back and asking for her again.

The FIRST time in a long time I haven’t been able to finish the plate. The Bacon Burger is beautiful and the fries were nice too, big bacon strips and 2 slices of cheese on it. The service was QUICK and easy and overall this place was unforgettable, only thing is the beef queso was iffy but still good. The sweet tea is nice and free refills come with that, and getting a table was quicker than expected. 9.5/10 just don’t let the beef queso get cold and you’re all set. (P.s the burger was $14 and totally worth it and Carissa was nice too!)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Chili’s on NW Expressway, and it was all thanks to Miya, who is truly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment she greeted our table, she was warm, upbeat, and incredibly attentive. She struck the perfect balance—checking in just when we needed something without ever hovering.
Miya made great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly right. What really stood out was her attitude: friendly, patient, and genuinely caring about making sure we had a great meal. It’s rare to find someone who can turn a simple dinner into an outstanding experience, but Miya did exactly that.

Nick the white young lady with piercing all in her face in to-go was by far the worst part of my experience with ordering & receiving my food , I’ve notice in to go I always receive older fries . I requested fresh fries due to me already having to wait , she was very condescending when I asked for fresh fries as if it was a problem. I was thinking
I was waiting a little longer FOR fresh FRIES THAT WERE NOT FRESH she stated “that’s all fries they had” ! I then had to wait an additional 5-10 mins with the rest of my food getting cold ! I order frequently with no issues with any other to-go member but when it’s her I just know my experience will be horrible !

I had the BEST, and I mean BEST waitress ever tonight! Kayla was the best waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant in Oklahoma! She genuinely cared for my table, was extremely knowledgeable on the menu, and was super friendly and energetic! I think she deserves a good raise/promotion! I tipped her a good amount for how good she was being my server! If you come in when Kayla is working, make sure you get her!!!!

Kayla did an excellent job, she deserves a raise or promotion and I hope that continues to get good folks in her section. We’ve been here a couple of times and this is the second time she has waited on us. We felt like we are more than just customers and we greatly appreciate that, and I felt that I should tip her 50 percent just because she did more than go through the motions.

We ordered one of the specials for the day. We were pleasantly surprised that everything was outstanding and enough for 2 people to split. The servers were very understanding and constantly refilling our drinks and asking if we needed anything. Was able to enjoy a meal without breaking the the bank account.
