Food was awesome. Though the baby back ribs could be a little moister, but everything was tasty. Chips were warm. Our waiter was great. He took care of us so well. We had like 12 people at our table. He was on it. I forgot his name. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms too.

Been hearing so much about Chilis lately that I had to give them another shot after something like 9 years. Have to say that I was somewhat disappointed. While service was great, I wasn’t happy with the burger at all. The fries were good but the meat in the burger tasted microwaved rather than grilled. We also had chips salsa and guacamole and those were good as well but I really wanted the burger to be amazing. Probably won’t be hitting a chili’s again anytime soon.

Ethan was absolutely amazing with his service. I went in to eat alone and he checked me and made sure my drinks were good, brought my food out in a timely manner even though he was busy through a thunder game. He made sure my food was perfect and tasted good. My drink was never empty, and he was amazing at making sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted for the best price. Ethan was amazing! The food was amazing as always and I love this chilli’s!

Had a great time at Chili’s today! ️
Service was quick and friendly — our server took great care of us! ✅
I had the chicken sandwich with a side of buffalo sauce — super tasty and cooked just right!
My wife got the nachos and enjoyed them overall, but she mentioned the chips have changed and she’s not a fan of the new style.
My sister-in-law and mother-in-law split a Triple Dipper with Southwest eggrolls, chicken strips, and Big Mouth Bites — everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful!
Only small gripe: we wish there were salt and pepper shakers at the table — would’ve been nice to adjust seasoning without needing to ask.
Overall, still a solid visit and we’ll definitely be back!

She kept a cool demeanor and remained unrushed in conversation while being completely on top of her game even though it was packed during Friday night dinner time. Thank you, Emily. My husband enjoyed steak & shrimp fajitas with a side of Mac & cheese. Apparently it was all good…he may have licked his plates. He said the Mac was very good (sometimes Mac tastes like it was either out of a box or they skimped on the cheese. Neither was the case). I had three for me old fashioned hamburger with fries and a house salad with blue cheese dressing. All VERY good. And the Dr Pepper… yum!!! Our server, Dylan, is great! Very attentive & nice, with a smile.

We go frequently cause my kid’s Love it especially the queso and chips but unless you like spicy order the southwest queso cause although it sounds like it will be spicy it’s not but the skillet queso is thankfully we had a GREAT WAITRESS that changed the skillet queso for the southwest queso

I am giving it three stars not because of the service or taste of the food, that was all good. But they up-charged me for the bean patty in sub of the meat options of chicken, shrimp and steak, all which are more expensive than a bean patty. The waitress did tell us there was going to be an up-charge. I was tired and didnt contest her telling us that. But I did wonder why there was an up-charge for the bean patty. I always get the bean patty as a sub for burgers and fajitas, and never have had to pay an up-charge for it. On their website, if I can select a hamburger I can select the bean patty as an alternative. If I want a second bean patty there is a charge of +$5.00. I wasnt ordering a second bean patty, only the one I was subbing, or choosing as my protein. Chilis is one of our favorite restaurants. Now that ive learned their bean patty is fully vegan, that was a pleasant surprise, it gives me more options when I choose to eat out. But adding on an additional $5 is too much. I wont be eating at chilis anymore if this is the case.

Surprisingly delicious chips dips in tomato sauce. Well balanced flavor of ingredients. Grilled beef and chicken meat were smoky tasting which I enjoyed. The beans on chilis are nutty. The fajita is thin but soft and fluffy . The lady who served us was very friendly. Food came fast. I would go back next time if passing by Norman, OK.
