I called in Cajun pasta for pick up because the app wasn’t working , picked up my meal which was $18.00 and the toast was burnt, the chicken was burnt and there wasn’t any silverware in the bag . So disappointing,.. it’s really gone down hill in the last several years, prices are up , quality of the food is down .

Service in the bar was solid even though the bartender was fairly busy. We enjoyed the all-day happy hour on Sundays to get our drinks. Our food was very tasty. The Big Mouth Burgers were most and ticket than anticipated. The Quesadilla Explosion Crisper Salad had a good burn to it. I recommend this location.

We always come to Chili’s when we are in town. Staff is friendly and food is good. Everyone can find something to eat from the menu. Atmosphere is laid back and family friendly. They are also open later than other restaurants in the area which is a plus.

Love this Chili’s location. The staff are friendly and spot on. Food never disappoints and we usually don’t have much wait time even when they are busy.
Highly recommend the sampler platter, their wings and love their salsa and chips for appetizer. My husband’s favorite is the street corn.. it’s always a must have for him.

Ordered the Triple Dipper with Nash Mozz, Honey Chipotle Crispers, Southwest Eggrolls, and the house salad.
The Mozz stick hardly had any cheese in it, the chicken didn’t look right at all, they were very small and looked like they sliced a chicken breast into strips, not what I was expecting at all, the eggrolls were fine.
Really disappointed in the Mozz and Chicken for the $$$ spent, not going to chance this happening again.
update: contacted customer support and they couldn’t locate the order I placed online, they asked for a check number, all I had was the order number which I thought was what they wanted, what I’m getting is they just didn’t want to make this right.

Waited forever for them to finally give me my order that had been sitting on the counter in the kitchen since before I walked in to pick it up. When I got home, my stepson’s drink was missing from his kids meal. The burgers were all dry as a bone. And there was a hair in my food. This is the second bad experience I’ve had in a row. The last one took 45 minutes of waiting for my order and several people coming in after me getting their orders before me, and again, mine was sitting on the counter in the kitchen. Chili’s is too expensive to have a bad experience every time. We will not be going back.

For the upscaled price I was expecting much more. The food presentation was great. The enchiladas I ordered however, were cold in the middle and the tortillas were stale. The beans and sauces were great, and the children said the burgers were fantastic. As to the service, once we ordered getting the attention of the waitress was very difficult. I had to ask for a coffee refill 4 times in a 20 minute span, and by the time I got cream my coffee was cold. Even getting dessert ordered took some time flagging down staff. I won’t be revisiting this site again.

Went with my husband on a date got sat at a table 30 min no waiter they didn’t even get our drink order after 30 min we walked out. This place sucks if you want good service go somewhere else to spend your money
