Had a very great experience, restaurant was super busy and full but our server Haley did an outstanding job, she was fast our drinks stayed filled and she checked In quite frequently probably one of the best servers we’ve had at this Chilis. Food was also great. Will definitely be back.

We had a very good dinner and dining experience with waitress named Sarah! She was such a great waitress with such a positive and uplifting attitude. She made this a very enjoyable evening. The food was very good and the atmosphere was not bad just alittle loud but overall one of our better experiences.

Drunk guy at the bar talking about stripper bars in front of my children.Had to leave early because of this and get takeout dish for our meals. I decided I could not listen to another word and no one at the establishment intervened. After he followed my son to the restroom THAT was it! $70 dollars for nachos and 2 other simple dishes was a bit much,but if not for the drunk at the bar the food would have at LEAST been enjoyed instead of put in a takeout on my daughter’s graduation night. Never going back.

The waitress we had kept talking with the other table once we got our food. My grandpas steak was rare when he asked for medium, she wouldn’t even look our direction at all. We waited 20 minutes until she came back around, ( I also had an empty glass for about 15 minutes) She got smart with me once I called her out on what she did, she didn’t offer him a free meal, she offered to send it back to kitchen but we were already done being there. We felt very disrespected. There was also a long hair in my salad. That waitress needs to learn some manners, I still tipped, probably shouldn’t have. The cooks need to learn how to properly cook a steak AND to wear hair nets apparently. I Wish I got the waitresses name so I could’ve called her out a little better. Oh well, guess this will have to do.

i tried to do this review on the kiosk but i was typing for so long it timed out but i wanted to give Shelley (hope i spelled that right) a lot of recognition. i come here multiple times a month and this was my first time having her as a server. she was very friendly and super nice. she also has a great sense of humor. may she always have a great shift. thank you Shelley!

Took 41 minutes to bring chips (that must’ve been the bottom of the bag judging by the crumbs) and salsa. 47 minutes to bring chips, guacamole & skillet queso – queso was cold and chips were so greasy they bent when trying to dip. There was cold air blowing directly on us. Waitress was friendly but failed to ask how we wanted steak cooked nor offered refills on our “endless” chips and salsa.

Food, service….everything was great! Chilli has redeemed their selves!. We had lunch and ordered half chicken avocado bacon sandwich and chicken quesadilla! Both was very good!
