Update: I have to give a big shout-out to the staff at the Conway AR Chilli’s. They are so kind, fast and helpful. The cheese sticks are still really good and so is the new cheese dip. The is also really good.
I really think that Chili’s is good. It’s not the best I have ever eaten. But for what it is,it’s really quite good. Cheese sticks are really good.

Chili’s in Conway is a great spot to hang out with friends. We enjoyed the delicious food and appreciated the friendly, welcoming staff. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed vibe. Parking was convenient with plenty of space for customers. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience we’d gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

The staff at this location must be top notch, every time we go the place is completely packed and we still get to come in without much of a wait. The food is always amazing as well. I believe they use a weight for the steak to get a good sear and to speed up cooking time which can sometimes result in it being slightly overcooked but if you ask for it med rare it will come out perfect. Our waitresses have always been super friendly as well and don’t hover. Overall I’d give this place 10/10

I pointed it out to the person that dropped my food off and they didn’t care at all…and in the grand scheme of things, it didn’t affect the taste at all.
If a place can’t do the simple things, how can I trust that you do the important things like quality cleaning.

Genuinely, you get 5 stars for the cheese pull I got from my mozz sticks. The service was lacking, but they were busy with large parties. Just wish my drink was right and it didn’t take forever to get our order taken and get to go boxes.

Went to pick up a to go order that was ready at 5:43PM today. Showed up at 5:55PM. Stood there with 4 other customers for 5 minutes or so before being greeted. Observed the sign saying “Do not take orders without speaking to an employee first”. I was then told my order was taken by someone else and was being remade. 15 minutes later I barely get any apology and in no way did I feel it was genuine and the employee cared at all. Please do better with your employees as this is VERY poor customer service…

Food took 25 minutes to get to us. For chicken nachos and a chicken salad. The chicken on the salad was completely ice cold! You could tell the waitress did not want to come up to any of her tables because every food was running behind! Then when I complained about my cold chicken after she checked on us 10 minutes later she offered me a new salad which that would have meant another 25 minutes so I opted to know because I was starving! So then she then tells us that the manager gave me a discount… A senior citizen discount which was a $3 discount I am appalled! I will never go back there again!

As someone who enjoys going out to eat, this restaurant was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The dining area was freezing cold, and after waiting almost 30–45 minutes for our food, it arrived and turned cold within seconds of being placed on the table. That’s how uncomfortable the temperature was. We even asked them to remake the food because it was so cold it was impossible to eat.
To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy, dirty, and completely unacceptable. This place seriously needs to be inspected because the conditions were disgusting.
On top of everything, both my partner and I ended up feeling sick after eating there. That alone is a major red flag for this restaurant’s cleanliness and food safety.
The only positive part of the visit was our waitress—He was amazing and did her best.
But overall? Zero stars. I will never return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Noisy children running around. My son’s steak had to be sent back twice and I was disappointed in my mushroom burger. Maybe there was new staff in the kitchen. But the service was very good.
