We had a large order with salads and I had the The Rancher Burger hold the ranch add lettuce mayo mustard and ketchup received the order it had no utensils to eat with my Burger was dry no lettuce no mayo or ketchup and it was suppose to have sautéed onions which was not on the burger which listed so everyone had to locate utensils at the hotel and I was stuck with a dry burger!!!!! Unacceptable !

First time being here and the food was actually great my ole lady brought me here on my birthday today and my servant by the name of Alicia (I think that’s how it’s spelled) with pink hair was great and if you ever go here I 100% recommend that you try their Dragonfruit Lemonade it’s amazing.

On 1/5/26 at 10pm I decided to stop in Chili’s for some egg rolls. Upon entry in the restaurant (main entrance), the manger Elton was speaking with another employee at the bar and they both gave me nasty looks (although closing at 11pm). I then stated I was there for carry-out and was asked to go around to the other side. After placing my order I look through the kitchen and noticed that neither cooks were wearing gloves and 1 of them were cleaning up and preparing food at the same time (at 10pm). I ordered the eggrolls cut in half and one proceeded to grab the eggrolls with bare hands once more to cut for me. The kitchen looked filthy and other guest were there seated waiting on their food. The entire operation was receipe for someone to get sick. This establishment is ran with VERY POOR management. It appears that the staff have no respect for management. Please Please Please restructure this location or I’m sure it will be forced to get shut down. I got the manager Elton to refund my money.

My Wife and I were the first customers to walk in to the restaurant. Our thoughts were…awesome!, this shouldn’t take long. An hour later we got our food. Everything tasted as tho it had been sitting for 30 minutes before it was brought out. The food would have been good if not for the fact that it was barely warm. We ordered the Tostadas and Skillet Queso for an Appetizer. The chips were good but the Queso was cold. Our waitress was nice although we didnt see much of her due to the fact that everyone was seated in one spot and she had to tend to everyone there at the time. Honestly I probably wont be returning and Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. A completed disappointment compared to my initial visit. I changed my 5 star to a 2 star as a combination of the 2 visits.
The food was awesome, our waiter was on point with everything, we never had to ask for anything. It took about 30 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we were eating our main course at lunch time. Overall I give it a but the waiter gets .

food was cold and took FOREVER to come. one person didnt even get their food and just canceled it because it was taking too long. food taster kind of old. the waitress was good and checked on us a few times. thats the only good thing about my experience. i dont know if i’ll be back….

I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger and specifically asked for it to be cooked with no pink. What I received was an extremely dry burger with a burnt bun. To make matters worse, it came topped with raw onions, even though the menu clearly states they should be sautéed. The fries were no better—greasy, soggy, and barely warm.
Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. The quality at this Chili’s location has been consistently declining with each visit. I’ve given it more than enough chances, but I think I’m done. Very disappointed.

My wife and I decided to have lunch at chilli’s this afternoon, and Quan took care of us he was very attentive and friendly. He had great menu recommendations and was patient with us as we made our choices. Our drinks were always refilled, and he checked in on us just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s clear that Quan takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers.
thanks to Quan’s outstanding service, my wife and I had a wonderful time at Chili’s. We’ll definitely be back, and I will definitely ask for him again. Thank you! (I wish i took pictures of the food, so good!)

Arrived at 6:00 pm on 1/26/26, was seated right away on the right side of the restaurant. That is as far as it went. No one ever came to take drink order or orders at all. After waiting 15 – 20 minutes my family and I got up and went to Walk-ons. Most of the time I understand the delay on service, but we were 1 of 3 family’s on that side of restaurant. Managers need to manage their employees. I don’t lay blame on the waitress, I blame the people supervising her.

My husband and I just left Chili’s in Alexandria. First let me say the poor waiter was just in a tizzy because he had to let us know all the things that were not available we should have just left but I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and my husband ordered a burger. The waiter brought us our appetizer with our entree
His burger and fries was good but my poor salad was missing has the ingredients. I basically had a spring mix salad with some tomatoes it had no flavor. We had to get the waiter to fix the price for my husband burger they added $3 to it and I paid full price for my salad with most the ingredients missing. My husband had to use the restroom and he said it was so nasty. It’s so disappointing Chilis was doing better and now they have run down again.
