Ok this Chili’s was 3/10! But I must say I haven’t been here in about 2yrs! And this location now is a 10/10 so recommend! My server was Taylor! Sweet young man! Great server! Our food drinks etc. came out so fast and hot delicious and tasty! In manger came around a few times just to speak! This location has did a 360! Love to see it!

Came for my daughter’s bday. Waited 20 to be greeted..finally got a server and still waited for drinks at least 10 additional minutes. Ordered apps which came quick but requested refills that took 15 to 20 minutes. Ordered a bar drink with a shot after 15 minutes got the drink and no shot. Asked for manager we asked to pay our check and leave. The manager didn’t want to take the loss on the food and pressured us to get food Togo. Ultimately it was discounted about 25.00 and we paid 90.00 for a horrible experience. I am a server and my managers definitely would have made sure the customer was happy. This place sucks

Excellent customer service from our amazing server Courtney. The bartender that was there guiding and training Courtney was excellent and superb.The hostess was very kind and accommodating. In short the staff there are absolutely amazing and they work great as a team.The food was hot and excellent. Keep up the awesome job there.

I hate doing this, but the public needs to know. Last night, my husband and I ordered hamburgers from the restaurant through DoorDash. We ended up getting food poisoning. Luckily we didn’t need to go to the hospital, but I was having mental issues as well as physical ones, and it scared the crap out of me. I was confused and delirious, almost like I was suddenly on drugs or something. I’m a very stubborn person and hate hospitals, so I’m lucky whatever it was went away by morning. We were both throwing up all night and severely dehydrated. We are fine today, just “hungover” feeling if that makes sense. I told my neighbors on the Nextdoor app, and one of them sent me an article from the Times about the top 5 restaurants in Shreveport with health code violations for the months of October through November of last year. That is 4-5 months ago! I’m kind of pissed that this restaurant is still allowed to operate if they are still having health code issues. This could have been prevented! I called the restaurant today and they offered me a refund and free coupons….I wasn’t trying to get a refund but I appreciated it…and I will NOT use the coupons. Ever. I hope they took my call seriously and got the employees to do a full clean out of the kitchen. I have a feeling they wont, after hearing about the violations from months ago that are apparently still going on.
Edit to add: some of the violations that I read about the restaurant were “Food consists in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance” “Raw animal food is not separated from ready-to-eat food, or is placed, stored or displayed above ready-to-eat food” “Food contact surfaces and utensils are not clean to sight and touch” and “Chemicals are stored with/above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service or single use articles”

Everything was great. The food was good, the service was excellent. I wish I had gotten the names. The waitress, the runner and the manager made sure we were well taken care of. The only complaint was probably the size of the salad. Everything else was really perfect.

It was something in the drinks and customer service was poor and I still tipped her good. My kids left their foods on accident one got ribs Mac and fries the other one got pasta but I was told it was tossed when I realized it was 9:51pm I called back up there. I need my refunded I paid close to $200. I will be there tomorrow for there that period.

Very loud. When first seated we were taken to a table then someone else came up to hostess and said she is double booking the waitress or waiter. They don’t have themselves organized.
