When we first got there the to go side was bagged up, people was getting out to get their food. I sent my boyfriend inside to get the order, the message that came to my phone said that the order was going to be ready between 10:00 pm -10:05 pm. I got there at 9:47 pm. When my boyfriend came back out, I checked the bag because he never does. When I checked the bag his food was missing, I had to go back inside and get his food. When I got home, my son boneless wings were cold. My food was nasty, and bland. I couldnt even eat all my food I threw it away. When my boyfriend bit into the cookie it was raw, not even fully cooked. The order was 76.86, almost 80.00. For the money my boyfriend spent tonight, we could have went to chimes or any other restaurant, got better service and hot food that tastes good. This location has really went down. We would not recommend this chillis to anyone nor will we ever come back. I am highly disgusted and disappointed for the food and the service for the amount of money we spent. McDonald’s would have gave better service than this.

Came on a date because I normally LOVE Chili’s. But omg the service was horrid from our waitress. Felt like I had to chase her down to order something. Our orders came out wrong so we had to get someone’s attention, thankfully she grabbed what I believe to have been the manager who was able to rectify the situation. The waitress barely checked on our table. I could tell she just didn’t want to be there. Another issue to me was portion size. I feel like I typically get more than what was served tonight. Ms. Keisha, who served us at the bar, was the most incredible part of our visit to Chili’s. She went above and beyond for all of her customers and beyond the call of duty and this woman is worth coming here for time and time again. Make sure you come to this Chili’s and come sit at the bar to get to meet Ms. Keisha. She is a very top tier asset to this location. I am a huge fan of Chili’s but I would go out of my way to come you back here just to get Ms Keisha. This whole chilis has an incredible vibe. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Been here a couple of times, and I will certainly come here again.
Nothing beats the triple dipper, and that’s one of the best things to have here.
We also had the triple dipper which comes with freshly made salsa and chips and refillable drinks.

I do not typically write reviews, however, my experience at this Chilis was outstanding. The service, food, and cleanliness were all impressive. I will certainly return and encourage others to support this location. The manager, whom I met, was extremely friendly, and it is clear that he operates a well-run establishment. I hope to see him again on my next visit. Keep up the excellent work. This location earns a 20/10.

Came in last night bc my bf and I wanted ribs, so we settled on the half rack of ribs and half order of brisket quesadillas. We were quickly greeted but the server didn’t introduce herself.
1. Aside from the ribs being completely flavorless, they were gummy and didn’t seem to be cooked through all the way. The edible parts of the ribs were completely tough and dry.
2. The brisket quesadillas were a complete disappointment. They were filled with more bbq sauce than meat and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The Mac and cheese we ordered as a side was cold. After that we just paid for the meal and left. I’ve never eaten here before and decided to get it a try and was completely disappointed with the entire meal especially considering how much I paid for something I wasn’t even able to eat. If you’re looking for a good quality meal do not come here. There are better restaurants in the area with better service, food, and prices.

Update today 12/11/2025, the atmosphere was popping. Good music, great service, and good friends. The food was mostly perfect. I had to he grilled chicken salad that I forgot the name. LOL. It was with rice and corn and chipotle sauce and so on. Very good salad highly recommend. 09/18/2025, tried the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad. Everyone was fresh, full of flavor, and a generous serving. The spicy sauce it pretty spicy, so if you want flavor and spice this is it. I enjoyed a great time with my coworkers and the meal at Chilli’s on Constitution in Baton Rouge. Since COVID I have slowly crept my way back to Chilli’s. I had a very bad experience at the Millerville location at that time. I think the unlimited chips and salsa are still good and consistent. I ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta with Chicken and shrimp. The spicy flavor was perfect, shrimp were bite size and tasty, the added tomato and onions added a level up for the dish, and there was buttery toast that everyone will enjoy. I saved the chicken for last. It was like a processed sliced luncheon meat of chicken that was cut into strips or long rectangles. I really wish they would grill a real chicken breast meat and cut it with the spatula. This change would elevate the dish to even be worth spending more on it. It came with the penne pasta with cheese and was cooked just right. Last, the team ordered the lava cake and brownies with ice cream. They were a good sweet hit to my taste buds and my stomach. Very satisfied.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was very inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
