This was our first time to Chili’s and they did not disappoint. Our server was amazing. Kept drinks filled the whole time. We split a platter of ribs and chicken strips, fries, and a salad and it was delicious not to mention the chips and salsa was perfect so if you’re out and about, swing in and give them a try.

We love going here! We always try to sit in Alex’s section around the bar because he does an excellent job of taking care of his customers. He has our drinks ready sometimes even before we order them. I recommend this restaurant to everyone especially if you sit in Alex’s section.

It’s okay. I’d probably return to get a second opinion. Seated quickly. (Entered after 6pm). Not too busy on a Wednesday evening. Wasn’t too fond of my ribeye steak (good seasoning, but tasted more like a sirloin). Another guest in my party ordered sliders, and food arrived cold much later than expected so it was returned. A second guest ordered a mixed drink and it was forgotten but eventually brought on over after a reminder. We still tipped a great rate for the waiter who assisted our table of 3 adults because he was back and forth quite a bit. My recommendation is to have your party of guests to all order something different so all of the foods can be compared.

Friendly, Helpful Waitresses, little confusions with drink orders and food orders. (Who ordered what) Very busy at 6 pm. But very courteous!
Clean Restaurant, great music playing on the overhead, Manager very nice and helpful on the floor checking on his customers

I had an amazing experience at Chilli Restaurant! The food was flavorful, fresh, and came out quickly, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, West. From the moment we were seated, West was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Excellent service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Chilli to others especially if West is working!

This was really good! I got the 3 for one meal which gave me chips and salsa, a burger, and a drink all for under 13 bucks. Customer service was amazing and we were seated very fast. The only thing I would probably tweak would be the amount of salt on the chips other than that a great burger.

UPDATE: Someone reached out to me, asked me for my credit card receipt and the restaurant receipt… I didnt have the latter anymore…this is just MY experience and I will NOT EVER STEP INTO A CHILI’S EVER AGAIN
I haven’t eaten in Chili’s in years bc its always a bad experience… We arrived late like 11:15pm. Our waiter was attentive and nice. I WAS LIKE YESSS FINALLYA GOOD CHILI’S… Then we ordered…We ordered strawberry lemonades, but it was only pink lemonade no strawberry puree or anything was in it. We ordered chips and salsa…,bottomless ( great ) Cajun Pasta my daughter said it was good. I ordered the Smokehouse Combo with 3 choices. I had ribs, corn on the cob, loaded. mashed potatoes, honey crispers ( they were good and hot ) plus a brisket quesadilla. Everything on my plate was cold except for the crispers. The waiter warmed it up but it was still cold when he brought it back i ended up just getting my food to go home . Presentation was pretty but cold. Will I be going again? I think not …
