I received maybe a handful of chips for the appetizer i ordered. I also ordered a bacon chicken ranch quesadilla and its literally half chicken and half bacon… why would anyone want something with a sprinkle of cheese and bacon in a quesadilla… i love chilis but im never returning to this location.

I ordered Togo Friday the 21st of Nov. I was probably the 4th or 5th person to go in as it was right when opening. The place was so dirty and smelled, do yall not have someone to clean up the place before opening? The floors were black and stained with soda. I used the bathrooms while waiting for my food and it was just as dirty and dusty in there. Had to clean

The salsa & chips are extremely overrated, my Santa Fe chicken salad was very dissapointing, it arrived with a tiny bit of lettuce, some tomatoes, chicken, and no guacamole, but it was supposed to come with it. I had to ask for the guacamole. The chicken enchilada soup was overloaded with Tajin and too salty. I hadn’t been to Chili’s in 3 years, decided to go tonight, worst decision ever! I will never go back. My server was excellent, that was the only good thing about the place!

Went with my significant other and child. The hostess was great but after we were seated not a single person acknowledged us. Another family comes in a bigger family (number wise) and they were immediately acknowledged and drink orders taken. After waiting another 30 minutes we left. My 2 year old was hungry and grumpy at this point which made for a horrible time.
