This place felt sticky and dirty the second I walked in. Table and menus were dirty. My burger was dry and had no flavor. The ceiling is filthy along with the air conditioner ducts, I took pictures to prove it. Overhead a waitress tell a customer she would do something for her even though it wasn’t allowed. Management was standing at the bar laughing at people outside the business,very unprofessional. I travel all the time and eat out daily, this is by far one of the worst restaurant environments I’ve been in.

I’m only giving 1 star because I have to. We dined in, 5 top. Ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. We didn’t get our drinks for 45 minutes and received our appetizer about an hour later. We asked for limes for our drinks from the bartender and our server and never received them until our neighboring table overheard us asking again and ordered them through their waiter which they received within 10 seconds. My husband’s steak was not cooked as ordered, die to the wait for everything (not a full house) he decided not to send it back due to having to wait another hour to get it. My 5 year old son refused to eat his grilled cheese as it was not even melted. Just two slices of cheese slapped onto hot bread. The shrimp for my shrimp tacos were not cooked all the way and I took all my shrimp out and ate just the remainder of what comes on them. This was a second chance as it is. We haven’t eaten here for the last 4 years because of previous service and we will NEVER be back. Do not send us free food vouchers as they will sit in my closet just like the previous ones. No excuses for how things were handled tonight. 2 hours we waited for onion petals, 2 orders of boneless wings (came out with the bone), overcooked steak, uncooked grilled cheese and uncooked grilled shrimp.

My friend wanted to eat here so we decided to order the two for $25. It was a lot of food! We ordered the loaded fries, a rib and steak dinner, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. I enjoyed my steak; it was cooked how I like it. However, I was disappointed with the asparagus I ordered. They didn’t snap off the inedible woody ends off the asparagus which is cooking 101. Other than that we enjoyed our meal, and we had a really nice waitress.

It took awhile before we were even acknowledged/seated. We were there for an hour before we even received our food and we ordered 2 burgers! There were only a few tables, not busy at all! Below was the avocado on my burger. What a joke. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because our waitress was amazing!

Mr Adam, the manager, is doing a fabulous job. He is friendly and not afraid to have a conversation with the patrons. He is really concerned about the full dining experience. They are quick to seat you , serve you and never a line even when the place is packed. We love the menu options especially the “3 for me” selections are always on point. The service is top notch and we loved our server Mrs. Michelle. She was really great! Keep up the great work! Your dedication shows.

I never think to take a pic of my food ♀️ but those mini burgers are so delicious… even reheated for breakfast the next morning ! Went dine in last night( Thibodaux) . They were short staffed but still get 5 stars from me ! Food is delicious and friendly workers Update: my daughter and I “dined in” at the Houma location. Just had opened and wasn’t busy , they managed to forget my salad and desert. I was only served my entree and had to ask for the rest of my order . It happens I suppose…. Drinks & food were delicious

Pasta was overly sauced which made it seem like there was no pasta, and it took a long time for the food to come. We ordered an appetizer and the appetizer had finally came with kids meal which took about 25 minutes for it to come. There were very few people in the place when we came and left. I had gotten fries and the fries were overly seasoned. The food was unenjoyable, but the waitress was good. Our whole food costs 70 dollars and was unenjoyable.

We were ignored upon arrival to the restaurant. I asked the couple that had been in sometime before me if they were even greeted and was told no one acknowledged them. I was told that they were doing a shift change. I was always taught that a greeting cost you nothing. I would have been satisfied with the wait had we been greeted at least. This restaurant really needs to do better.
