I honestly did not expect to walk into Chili’s and feel like I was stepping into an Ultra high-end restaurant — but that’s exactly what happened tonight.
From the moment we arrived, the experience stood out. The team opened the doors for us both coming in and leaving, which immediately set the tone. It felt welcoming, intentional, and genuinely hospitable — not something you typically expect during a casual dinner out.
Our server, Emma, absolutely made the night unforgettable. She was attentive without hovering, incredibly personable, and somehow perfectly timed every interaction. I mentioned wishing certain items were still on the menu, and instead of just moving on, she took the time to recommend alternatives and explain options in a way that made us excited to try something new.
What really made the experience special was how natural and fun the interaction felt. Emma didn’t just “check on us” — she connected with us. She joined in on some completely random and hilarious conversations my fiancé and I accidentally pulled her into, and it genuinely felt like we were being taken care of by someone who enjoyed making guests have a great time.
Service like this turns dinner into an experience, and tonight felt far beyond what anyone would normally expect. Every detail — from the welcome that made us feel like we were so special and truly valuable to Emma’s outstanding service — made us leave talking about how this has been hands down our best visit.

We had such a great night here! We were celebrating the 8-year anniversary of first meeting some dear friends (our sons played basketball together back in the day), and this place made it feel special from the moment we walked in.
Thania, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and attentive — you can tell she genuinely cares about the experience, not just the service. And our server CADE was awesome. Super personable, quick, and dialed in all night. She anticipated things before we even had to ask and kept the table relaxed and fun.
The atmosphere made it easy to sit, laugh, reminisce, and stay way longer than we planned. Nights like that don’t just happen — good restaurants help create them, and this one absolutely did.

We came in with a couple of friends just for a casual weeknight dinner. The service we received was not satisfactory whatsoever. Server was very short with us and had only checked on us about once or twice right after getting our food. My friend and I had our dry, empty cups sitting at the end of the table for what felt like 30 minutes while she checked on every other table around us and getting them refills. We ended up paying on the tablet and had to wait another few minutes for her to come and ask if we needed boxes. Mind you, still no drink refills by the time we left. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it’s a Tuesday night and our section did not seem busy at all.

Typical Chili’s experience. The best thing about a chain restaurant is consistency throughout all locations.
I ordered the ribs, jalapeno sausage, and chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. The sausage was fantastic and super spicy! The quesadillas were about what you’d expect. The shocker was the ribs. I’ve never had them be this awful before. It was just like eating jerky – except with a wonderful honey chipotle sauce. Most of the time their ribs are great so maybe they were just having an off night.
This location seems chill and all the staff were very friendly. Lots of clean tables and floors and even thought it was 8pm – not busy.
P.S. Their sweet tea is excellent! Hard to find good sweet tea the further north you travel but it was on point here!

We went to check out the Wicked drinks and get some food. Food was decent but not worth the prices. Wicked drinks were too strong so it cancelled out the flavors they were supposed to be. Gave 3 stars for the service as it wasn’t busy yet it took over 10 minutes to get our drinks and the extra ranch we ordered. Otherwise a nice place.

This Chili’s location was mildly busy, but we were seated right away. Our waitress greeted us quickly and got our drinks and appetizers in with no delay. The food came out great — everything tasted good. I did notice the Southwestern Eggrolls seemed smaller than usual, and the wings had a bit too much sauce for my personal taste, but nothing major. Overall, great service and good food — definitely a place we’ll come back to.

Chilies definitely saved the night for us as also many others. Other restaurants had up to 4 and 5 hours wait time for a time was ridiculous for a valentine’s Day. Chili’s and their waitress and hostesses were great. 15 minutes to wait very worth it. Thank you very much making our valentine dinner nice.

Terrible. We went in and were told there was a 20 minute wait. After 35 minutes I went and asked where we were on the list. There were at least 10 people ahead of us. The hostess said their manager told them to say 20 minutes to everyone no matter what. Absolutely ridiculous. We obviously left. At least be honest to your costumers who may have plans after dinner and are relying on a 20 minute wait. They obviously lost our business and we made sure to share that with other people sitting around waiting on our way out.

Great overall experience. They did bring our food a little too quickly. We had just gotten our appetizers and before we had the chance to eat them, our food was out. That’s a huge pet peeve of mine, so I was a bit frustrated. However, our waiter was really great. He said he was new, but still was very attentive and hard working. After our meal, he even offered us to-go cups for our sodas. My husband and I really appreciated that! I recommend this location. We love Chili’s and go often to the West side location. It was our first time visiting this location, but we were quite pleased with the experience.

Horrible food! The burgers were burned, literally crunchy, and the fries were rock hard. We will not be eating here again. We got carryout or would’ve had them remake everything.
