A great place to go for some good food! This place was very clean and what I would expect out a Chili’s. The menu seemed to have changed a good amount from the last time I went. It seemed to have less than I personally would seek after from a restaurant. I got a lunch special old timer burger that came with chips and salsa as an appetizer. I wasn’t impressed with the amount of fries that came with it, as it seemed to be a small amount. The burger was good but nothing super special. The staff were very friendly and very attentive to fill up my water and asking if everything was okay! I found it odd that they had the news on some of the tv’s. Most restaurants don’t seem to do this and play live or old sports games instead. Overall not too bad of a stop for somebody wanting some go to foods.

Ordered through Door Dash. No silverware. No ketchup and or condiments. Burger was cooked perfect. Southwestceggrolls not cut but maybe to keep heat in them. Salads looked wilted old so didn’t eat it.

Cannot rate food as we never got service. Stood there tonight for 30 minutes waiting for a hostess or anyone to come speak to us. There were two other families waiting, one had been spoken to…the other was waiting as well. A table left, the table was cleaned and the hostess came and took the one family that had been spoken to and sat them. BUT, they never came back and spoke to either of us waiting. There were 4-5 of them standing in the kitchen door just watching us stand there. There was approximately 10 tables sat. A large family group came in and the bar tender walked up to them and told them there was not enough servers scheduled to seat all the open tables or even 3 more of them. As the group said, maybe those standing around in the door chatting should work. That big group left and said they were going to Applebees where they can get service. We left and went to BWW. What I found so interesting is that there were two tables there that were complaining about the lack of service at Chili’s. I hope either Corporate or the Franchisee gets to the bottom of this. We love Chili’s, we go to the one in Cape Coral FL at least once a week and have never had an issue like this.

Me and my finance came in and I ordered a beer and she ordered a mix drink. We are 21 and 22 so we fully expected for the waitress to check our ID no issues there! Looked at both of our ID for a very long time while bending them and picking at them! Took them both in the back so her manager could see. We waited 10 minutes and informed another employee about the situation and finally she came back with out ID and said Mine was okay but said my fiancés was a fake because the letters was too big? I have always loved chilies but will not be back to this location after that.

I’ve come to Chilis a couple of times, and every time I am impressed by the affordability and speedy, yet caring service! Our last server Carson was so quick and attentive to us. He stopped by our table multiple times and authentically asked if we had everything we needed. He was super friendly and you could tell he was a crowd favorite in the restaurant. Thank you Carson! Also spoke to a man named Payton, he was checking to make sure our food was to our liking and made sure we were satisfied! Overall great experience and great food! Thank you!!

I had such an amazing experience at the Chili’s in Pittsburg, KS! The entire team made our visit perfect from start to finish.
Whitney, the General Manager, is truly the best — you can tell she cares deeply about the restaurant and her guests. She’s warm, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right.
Jessica, the food runner, was incredible! She was so friendly, fast, and made sure our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.
And Alahna, our server, was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, kind, and made our whole experience enjoyable. She checked on us at the perfect times and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, the whole team made our visit one of the best Chili’s experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this location — they deserve all the stars!

My husband and I couldn’t have had a better experience if we tried! Came here after church today on a whim. The service was awesome and the food was spot on!! Definitely coming back. I got the 6oz sirloin meal and he got the bacon rancher. Great portions for the price. Definitely family friendly. Sign up at the table and get free chips and salsa!

This location was clean with a bright ambiance. Our servers were attentive yet patient (I have a hard time choosing even with being a frequent goes lol). The GM, Whitney, stopped by our table to ensure everything was up-to-par and was able to change the TV for us to ensure we could watch Alabama football game from where we were sitting without having to move. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and positive.

My visit with chili’s today was honestly one of the best visits ive had since going there. My server was Sage and he was super attentive to my wife and I and it felt like he definitely went above and beyond for our service today, anytime we needed anything he was there and available to help us even with a few other tables he was serving.
The food was delicious aside from one small hiccup, i ordered the 6 crispers with chili zing sauce and honey mustard sauce. The small hiccup was with one of the crispers, it was super tough and i felt like it was inedible, but not a bad inedible, just was cooked incorrectly compared to the other crispers
My wife ordered the 3 for me, got the 3 crispers, the dip trio. The dip trio only had the southwestern cheese dip which was kind of a let down, but it didnt matter too much, it is okay cheese dip but not as good as the regular white cheese dip.
We got the molten chocolate lava cake and man oh MAN, it was amazing. My own personal opinion is that there could have been more chocolate fudge inside and on top of it, but as a Chocoholic thats just how i feel about anything with chocolate, more chocolate is always great.
The atmosphere wasnt anything extraordinary, very basic, small talk here and there and, surprisingly, no yelling or screaming from any kids, but overall, just a very basic normal time
All in all, above and beyond service from Sage, pretty good crispers, absolutely delicious molten lava cake, and a pretty normal atmosphere

Surprisingly this was one of my best restaurant experiences lately! The menu options have changed since the last time I went but the changes were “good” changes. I might actually go back again sometime soon. Thanks to all the staff that made this a great experience.
