I had dinner at your restaurant on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Two in my party and we walked in around 5:40pm. 1st problem – There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, but we were placed in the back booth, on the south side, by the pickup orders area. We should have asked to be moved because we got very cold every time customers walked in to pick up or place an order. A gust of wind would blow in every time the outdoor opened. The door was about 10 feet from our booth, and it opened at least 30 times while we were there. 2nd problem – I ordered a StrawEddy Marg (iced strawberry margarita) with sugar around the rim. After I received the drink, I noticed there was a fruit fly in it. It probably came from the sugar. I should have said something, but I didn’t, but I am now. Service was good and my meal was just average (6.5 out of 10). My partner had a different meal and said his was very good. I paid through the device on the table and entered a review about the bug after paying. Later, I told the waitress her service was good, but I told her about the bug in my drink. She thanked me for telling her and said she would pass the information on. I’m assuming she told her manager or the bartender. I thought I might hear from a manager before I left, but that didn’t happen. My meal and drink came to a total of $27.98, and I left a 20% tip for the waitress. All the servers were very nice but placing us in a very cold spot in the building and serving me with a fruit fly in my drink is something I don’t want to experience again anytime soon. I think your restaurant and team can improve on these issues and I hope you do. Our city needs very good businesses, but I didn’t get a very good or even good experience at your business. I don’t want anyone to get mad or fired from my review, but improvements need to happen. Thank you for listening.

Friendly, attentive service with a genuine smile + fantastic food. The food was slightly delayed which wasn’t a problem for us, but the manager personally visited our table and gave us a much appreciated discount. We were impressed by the staff and the food. We will definitely be back!

We had Bri as our server for lunch and she was on top of everything and was just all around amazing! She deserves a raise, although she was super busy she knew how to keep up and have a great attitude. Will be asking for her everytime!

Service could use some work. Person that brought us the food was great, but the server seemed disinterested and not very helpful.
Food was okay, nothing to write home about. It was quick to the table.
The place was quiet and easy to talk.

Ribs were clearly not smoked, no flavor. Chicken was wet all throughout, Mac n cheese was dry. When I think of brisket quesadillas I think bbq not super spicy. Overall pretty bad the only good thing they have going for them is the lava cake

Ordered carryout and it was awesome! The margarita chicken was warm, moist and tasty, and Chili’s black beans are the best I’ve EVER had (but they don’t need the added pico). The salsa and chips are always great. Glad they don’t add a half acre of cilantro to the salsa, like some do. Thank you for a great meal!

Passing thru Kansas and of course I want some BBQ, a national chain like Chili is NOT what I had in mind, but still a long drive a head so Chili is convenient!
One of my favorite at Chilli is the chicken tequila soup! And boy they don’t disappoint me!

ohhh yes, full rack half dried runs and the other in BBQ flavors …
I am a happy camper… ohhh wake up … gotta drive!

Came here to have dinner before our movie. We waited for someone to greet us, never happened. We decided to seat ourselves, no one ever came to see if we needed anything so we left. On the way out a waitress had the audacity to tell us to have a good night. 0/10 Do not recommended based purely on terrible service.

Today I went to Chili’s (my fav) for my birthday, I brought my disabled husband, kids, my friend & her son. Before we got to the front the staff was opening the doors for us. I felt very appreciative of the staff. They helped us get seated which was kind of hard because my husband’s wheelchair is big and wouldn’t fit where they were originally going to seat us. The staff were so kind and helpful.

They were not that busy and seemed to have enough help however the service was extremely slow. Our waitress was very friendly but we did not get our order in a timely manner and often had to search to ask for things such as drinks and side items, and sometimes we had to ask more than once. The food was as expected for Chili’s. Not amazing but nothing to complain about.
