The restaurant wasn’t busy, and our server was kind—we didn’t have to wait at all. The Triple Dipper was delicious and definitely my favorite. The Trio Fajitas steak and shrimp were good, but the chicken was tasteless; I understand it was chicken breast, but it really needed more seasoning. I ordered a mango margarita but received a classic margarita instead—anyway, I still liked the taste. Around 8 p.m., staff started cleaning our section while we were still eating, even sweeping around us, which felt too early. It would have been better if they had waited until we were done. Because of that, we left right away.

If i could give more than 5 stars, i would. Words cannot BEGIN to describe how incredible my server Tori was!! she was an absolute sweetheart and so fun. The manager, michelle, was very attentive as well. she checked on us a during and after our meal and was very friendly. would absolutely come back and ask for tori! 10/10 service

We sat in the bar tonight and our server was Tori. She was AMAZING! Very friendly and attentive. She has an awesome attitude an made our night great. Alexa stopped by our table to make sure everything was good, and we had no complaints, only compliments!

I haven’t been to Chili’s in years due to a bad experience. Me and my youngest son decided to go for the triple dipper. I was so shocked at how good the food was. I got fried mozzarella, big bites and honey chipolte chicken crispers…..D-licious . The service was awesome, she was very transparent about everything and to top it off……………Margarita month!!!!! Say less…I will be back before month end. The deep eddy strawberry Margaritas are delicious and you get a take home cup. Win, win and another win!!!!!!!!!!

This was hands-down the worst service I’ve had in a very long time, and that says a lot — because I am a server myself.
Jenna was our server, and the entire experience was a mess from start to finish. We waited an unreasonable amount of time just to be greeted, then even longer to place a drink order. Refills were nonexistent, empty plates sat on the table, and we had to repeatedly flag someone down for things that should have been automatic.
Orders came out wrong, and when issues were brought up, there was zero sense of urgency or ownership. No apology, no attempt to make it right — just a careless attitude that made it clear we were an inconvenience rather than guests.
What made it even more frustrating is that I understand how restaurants work. I know things get busy. I know mistakes happen. But good servers communicate, stay aware of their tables, and at least try to fix problems. None of that happened here.
We felt completely ignored for most of the meal. The lack of professionalism, attention, and basic service standards was honestly shocking. This visit turned what should have been a simple Chili’s meal into a drawn-out, irritating experience.
I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this one was earned. Management seriously needs to address the service level here.

Went here for dinner and our server Skie was amazing! Very attentive, kind, funny, and accommodating. We ordered the triple dipper and everything came out fresh and hot. 10/10 on everything at this Chili’s! Will be back again fa sho!
