Excellent happy hour! We had not been to Chili’s for many years but really enjoyed our last few visits. The 3 for me deal is great and the honey chipotle chicken crispers are delicious.

I took my 17 year old granddaughter and my wife to Chili’s in Olathe yesterday. We spent $88 plus I left a 25% for a total of $110.85. I asked for a medium rare steak; it was almost completely done. My wife got Mac and cheese and asparagus and the asparagus was hardly cooked. My broccoli was hardly cooked. My granddaughter asked about the mozzarella sticks and we were asked if we wanted 3 or 6, not knowing how huge they are. My granddaughter got the little burgers with fries and we were so full from the greasy cheese sticks that we didn’t eat hardly anything else. I sent it home with my granddaughter because she said that she would eat it. I was disgusted with this food. Chili’s is too corporate now. They used to have items like the awesome blossom, chicken fried steak and other items like fajitas. The teenagers who microwaved my meal needs to add more cooking time to the vegetables. I will never come back to Chili’s at any location. Ever.

We ordered through DoorDash and everything arrived perfectly packaged and delicious. The food was ready surprisingly fast, too. We usually dine in, but had a gift card for DoorDash this time—delivery can be hit or miss, but this experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Went in for a birthday and service was meh but 60 dollars for a full slab of ribs a 3 sides is ridiculous the amount of time I spent waiting for my food took longer then eating the food which was over cooked and chewy I wasted my money and will never be back ever again, this location should be ashamed of the service

Service was good. Food was okay, place wasn’t the cleanest.
Overall not the best, but I’ve had worse. I had the Sizzling Fajitas and my partner had The Bacon Rancher. My fajitas were pretty good everything was cooked well, but my partner did not have the same experience. His burger was overcooked and grease was dripping off the burger. When it came to cleanliness this Chilies did not meet standard, tables were sticky and the ground needed a good mopping.

Like what they did with the place its been years since I been there …. I sat at the bar and it was 10 mins before anyone approached me …. they had a table topper that had specials wings all day every day …. but on the menu different price and no word of special very werid… I think it was Nashville hot … wasn’t good to gritty for me tried the cheese sticks they were pretty good

We asked for an order of Skillet Queso. When it arrived, it was on a dirty bowl. The bowl had a dried queso ring on it. Also, we need napkins since we had chips and dip. Mu husband had to get up and get them ourself. When the server brought more drinks, she spilled water on my daughter. I ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta, no tomatoes, no onions. Guess what I got. tomatoes and onions. They took it back. I sat there while my family ate. The manager came by, asked if everything was ok. No, I am waiting on my pasta. He brought it out, still with onions. This place was disgusting. Never will I go back. I gave it a 1 star because the Dr. Pepper was good.

The absolute worst and SLOWEST chilis. It took over an hour to get our food and we were one of the only people there at 5pm. Every time we’ve been here over the last few years, it’s always like this. The highchairs are disgusting too – I usually have to use 5-10 (not exaggerating) disinfectant wipes and every single one of them are tan/brown after wiping. The food isn’t very good either.
