We’re visiting from Australia and have dined at over 20 restaurants across the U.S. so far, and without a doubt, Ana at Chili’s in Springfield gave us the best service we’ve experienced anywhere.
She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome — like we were regulars, not just travelers passing through. Our meals were delicious (we had the burger, buffalo chicken pasta, and mozzarella sticks — all amazing!), but it was Ana’s exceptional service that really made our night.
If you’re dining here, do yourself a favor and ask for Ana. She’s an absolute star and made our visit one to remember.
The margaritas are also delicious.

The food was great! Our server “Fisher”, was amazing. She had such a wonderful personality! She came to our table quickly and got our drinks and appetizer going right away. She never allowed our drinks to run dry and she cheerfully managed our needs with an infectious smile! She is by far the best server we have ever had in a dining experience! We will always ask for her to be our server. Chili’s is absolutely blessed to have her as an employee! Great job Fisher!

I can not say enough about our server Kassie. She provided the best service I have ever gotten at a restaurant. She was attentive, kind, swift and accommodating. She always made sure our drinks were filled, along with pur sauces and was so kind and accommodating with the accommodations on our orders. The other people in her section agreed that her service was impeccable. I was going to fill out the survey for her although we paid cash. But I had to make sure that she was recognized for the great service she gave us. Thank you Kassie it was a pleasure to meet you this evening and keep up the good work!!

This is my 2nd time eating at Chili’s and already this has become my favorite Restaurant over IHOP and Applebees!
They have everything imaginable from fried comfort food to lots of healthy meals to choose from that still taste like comfort food.
The wait staff was polite and very helpful, it made for a pleasant atmosphere.
I have tried the Grilled Chicken bacon mozzarella swiss avocado sandwich, with a Caesar Salad and side of grilled asparagus.
I also ordered a Steak, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus previously on door dash.
So far, and this is rare, every meal at this restaurant had been top notch and I would order again and highly recommend!

I know that Chilis has been around for a while but I have not been in YEARS! This was the most unexpected pleasant experience I have had in a long time! Everything you could ask for was right on the spot! Huge selection of choices on the menu. I particularly loved the combo choices that included a drink, appetizer and main dish. Everything from steak, chicken and so much more. I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and it was perfect! The waitress was making sure we were all taken care of with drink refills. The chips and salsa are very good! Loved the chips! Everything is very well priced!!! Lunch you can get a 6oz sirloin for under 20.00!
