We had a group of 12 including an infant And three preschoolers. We We are celebrating a birthday and we rarely can get everyone in the family on the same schedule to go out so this was a casual dinner but special for us to gather. We just wanted to thank John A for doing an awesome job for us and always checking on our drinks and checking to make sure our food came out well. He was very efficient and fun. Thank you!

Had lunch today with my family. I was served by Loni with some help from Emma. They were WONDERFUL. A drink was never left empty, a need never met! We were greeted immediately, sat immediately and our server met us with a smile. The whole experience was wonderful! Will definitely be back to this location again. And the food?! The cheese pull was almost the best part lol.

My husband and I have been here 3 times in the past month, the service was wonderful, the food is great and the monthly drinks are fabulous! I like the 3 for me option for $10.99 (cheaper than value meals) great soup or salad, burger and fries! I recommend this spot!

My mom & I went during the week, on a Tuesday! Wasn’t crowded, no wait but once we sat down to order & get our food; it started to become packed.
Ask to sit in a different spot if you don’t like where you’re seated; especially when 4 really loud women come sit behind you & are pushing the booth on your back & being unruly.
The Texas loaded fries aren’t the same, they just weren’t cooked right & they were $12 for small portion.
The fiesta salad I had was $14 but definitely worth it!

This visit was a stellar meal. We had the babyback ribs that were tender and the sauce was flavorful. The chicken tenders were crispy yet moist inside with fries that were a little overseasoned but tolerable. My wife had the chicken mac and cheese that the sauce was thick but flavorfull. Our server was attentive to keeping our drinks full and asking if a dessert was in order but we were complete already.

We were seated immediately. Which is amazing!! But it took a solid 25 minutes for a server to even know we were seated there to get drinks. Apparently it’s “out of the servers view”. It’s to the right of the entrance, not sure how it’s not in their view.
Once we got out drinks, it took another 45 minutes to get 2 Cheeseburgers and 2 salads. The food was hot, and fresh. There are no complaints about the food. Everything was delicious. But the service was the worst I’ve had at this chilis in recent years. Our server was really nice and accommodating, but just feel like there needs to be better communication or a better layout so customers don’t get forgotten.

We enjoyed our food and had great service, but it was quite an ordeal to pay the bill! I have a gift card for Chili’s, Maggiano’s and On the Border. Our server thought the Ziosk device would let me use it, then pay the balance with another card. The Ziosk said the card was declined, so I told her and she tried without success. Then she took the Ziosk to her manager (?) and he/she said it did not work because we had to assign it to Chili’s first. I am pretty sure that is just NOT true – never had to do that with any gift card that was good for multiple related restaurants.
So, we said fine, we would just pay the whole check with our credit card. Waited probably 5 more minutes for the Ziosk to finish rebooting, but it was not making progress, flashing orange. Again, our server came to help and carried it off, then came back and now it had the wrong check on it. Again, she intervened and we finally got our bill paid.
So, this process probably took at least 15 minutes. And it seems they do not have another way to process payment without using the Ziosk. That is just ridiculous!
Very disappointed with the payment process! Seems like there was more than one person here who did not know what they were doing! And, I hate the fact that you cannot get a paper receipt!

Our waitress was awesome, but I don’t remember her name. The manager came around & checked on all the tables.
Everything was good size for the price. I am very happy with my Fajita choice.
1 chicken strip was undercooked & 1 slider, too. Easy to do. No big deal. The fix Everything without a hassle.
Highly recommend going and leaving 25%. There wasn’t any waitstaff seating around or playing on their phone. I watched them doing their side work & checking on their guests multiple times.

Faun was genuinely one of the kindest and most thoughtful service workers I’ve ever had. From the moment i sat down, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly taken care of. Not in a rushed or forced way, but in a warm and natural way that you don’t always find these days.
She was attentive without hovering, patient, friendly, and incredibly considerate. You can tell Faun actually cares about people and about the experience they’re giving, and that made my entire visit feel incredible.
People like Faun are the reason places feel special and worth coming back to. Chili’s is lucky to have someone like them on their team. Thank you, Faun, for being such a bright and kind presence, it really meant a lot.
