I should have tipped the chef. The food was great.
Ask to sit in a different spot if you don’t like where you’re seated; especially when 4 really loud women come sit behind you & are pushing the booth on your back & being unruly.
The Texas loaded fries aren’t the same, they just weren’t cooked right & they were $12 for small portion.
The fiesta salad I had was $14 but definitely worth it!
Once we got out drinks, it took another 45 minutes to get 2 Cheeseburgers and 2 salads. The food was hot, and fresh. There are no complaints about the food. Everything was delicious. But the service was the worst I’ve had at this chilis in recent years. Our server was really nice and accommodating, but just feel like there needs to be better communication or a better layout so customers don’t get forgotten.
So, we said fine, we would just pay the whole check with our credit card. Waited probably 5 more minutes for the Ziosk to finish rebooting, but it was not making progress, flashing orange. Again, our server came to help and carried it off, then came back and now it had the wrong check on it. Again, she intervened and we finally got our bill paid.
So, this process probably took at least 15 minutes. And it seems they do not have another way to process payment without using the Ziosk. That is just ridiculous!
Very disappointed with the payment process! Seems like there was more than one person here who did not know what they were doing! And, I hate the fact that you cannot get a paper receipt!
Everything was good size for the price. I am very happy with my Fajita choice.
1 chicken strip was undercooked & 1 slider, too. Easy to do. No big deal. The fix Everything without a hassle.
Highly recommend going and leaving 25%. There wasn’t any waitstaff seating around or playing on their phone. I watched them doing their side work & checking on their guests multiple times.
She was attentive without hovering, patient, friendly, and incredibly considerate. You can tell Faun actually cares about people and about the experience they’re giving, and that made my entire visit feel incredible.
People like Faun are the reason places feel special and worth coming back to. Chili’s is lucky to have someone like them on their team. Thank you, Faun, for being such a bright and kind presence, it really meant a lot.
