My Goodness my first experience with Chili’s was the best of the best! The server was extremely nice and attentive! The food was fresh and delicious Everything we ordered was good! No problems with sitting and being comfortable the music that was soothing and entertaining for our purpose there! My daughter’s birthday lunch was everything I will be going back to this location soon to try other entrees on the menu! You will not be disappointed! This restaurant has good vibes from the entrance to walking out! Keep it up guys! There aren’t many places that gives good service all around the board!

I would NOT recommend or return to this chili’s! Service wasn’t the best. The host at the door was rude. When I called ahead they told me we were gona be good once we got there for our party of 10. But gave our table away and had us wait for 40 plus mins for a table !! Food wasn’t fresh. Burgers & sliders were dry but oily. Nasty. Chicken strips were over fried. Fries were re dropped into the grease. Cooked too hard. Premium margarita was great ! Flavored lemonade was good. Quesadillas were good.

Me and my boyfriend came here during a really busy time Cora was our server and she was slammed she still did an excellent job at maintaining our needs we were a little bit picky ordering shots and all. We had to celebrate our Valentine’s Day late and this was our special valentines dinner. The food was honestly delicious we got the chicken bacon ranch nachos a triple dipper the Cajun pasta and a burger. For dessert we got the lava cake so good!!! Christian showed excellent team work as well helping out Cora in anyway possible she went above and beyond. I’m a server & bartender as well and I love seeing food industry professionals working together as a team. I do wish the bar had a bigger selection but I know it’s a corporate establishment and there’s nothing y’all can do to improve the bar. My boyfriend got the new attic drift and he had two of them he liked them a lot. We ordered pink starburst shots as well our server wasn’t aware what they were but was super eggar to learn what they were and thought they sounded delicious. Definitely will return thanks to Cora and Christian! We spent $137 but money we’ll spent for our night out we will see you soon neighborhood chilis!

Was really looking forward to the black bean eggrolls and chicken crispers. We waiting about 10 min before someone came to get our drink order. Black bean eggrolls were very pale. Like white. And appeared to have filling scooped out- I don’t think anyone did that- it was just like hardly any filling with undercooked wrappers. The chicken crispers were not chiles chicken crispers. They must have a different supplier or be cutting corners due to cost. The chicken was really hard. Couldn’t bite it. And it looked like it was a wet piece of chicken tossed in some flour. No signature golden breading. No tender chicken. Just sad bland chicken tenders. My husband and I were laughing at his salad that came out. His salad came out in a salsa ramekin two croutons and the dressing barely fit. Inflation is REAL

The food was fine. Half the order didn’t come as we ordered, I guess mayo on both burgers was a struggle for the kitchen staff at this chain restaurant. My wife’s black bean burger was burnt, and the fries looked crispy but were soggy. Which means they sat in the oil too long. Considering how many people work there from the hostess, server,food runner, bartender, beverage delivery person (unknown actual title since the position is ridiculous) it is mind blowing how long we had to wait for a refill for our soft drinks.
HOWEVER. the server was nice throughout our meal and eventually refilled our soft drinks (for the beverage person). Including giving us a Togo cup which we didn’t need or take.
But if you’re looking for that “Wow that meal was edible, didn’t make me sick, and had a combo option for 10.99 with a drink.” Well, this is it.

This particular Chili’s is by far the best we have visited! Our server carl was great and the food tasted better than the other Chili’s we have visited several times. Carl was the server and he said they have some great cooks that have been there years !This is our new fave and we told the manager when he stopped at our table and asked how our Valentine dinner was . He said he was the new GM and he looked forward to our return !! I’m a restaurant GM for 30 years and I’ll tell you I was impressed !!

Absolutely wonderful experience! They were a bit busy, which is to be expected on a Saturday evening, but we still got seated quickly. The waitress was amazing, went above and beyond, and checked on us regularly. The food also turned out fantastic. It was actually my birthday and I generally don’t go to chain restaurants, but I have to say that it was not a mistake at all going there.

Went in within an hour of closing. Appears to be a very clean restaurant! Was greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. We didn’t once have to look for her as she checked in often enough. The food was good! It was our 1st time at Chili’s and we wouldn’t mind returning.

What can I tell you? It’s Chili’s. It really hits the spot when you crave it. The food here is actually very good and their drinks are pretty nice as well. The deals they have for lunch are unmatched, cheap, tasty and convenient.
This place does need some work though. We waited for at least 10 minutes to be sat by our host when it wasn’t really busy. Servers are nlt friendly at all, just clearly there to get their paycheck. I don’t judge and I get it but it’s very noticeable. The place needs more cleanliness. The floor was sticky, the booths seats had crumbs and lefover food and overall the place did not FEEL clean, you know? I get this when it’s super busy, but not on a slow day. So those areas could be improved.
