There on a Thursday for carryout. Waited over an hour, then told they couldn’t find the order in the kitchen. Kitchen was overwhelmed. Was told it’s always like this on Thursdays. So why are they not staffing for it? The girl overseeing carryout, as well as all the wait staff I observed, moved incredibly slow with dead expressions. Wait staff spent quite a bit of time just hanging by the bar touching their hair and faces…then plates and food? The dining room did not look packed. Definitely not full enough to have other carryout customers irate and canceling their orders after waiting for orders they placed at the counter, in person, for over an hour. If you can’t handle DoorDash and Uber Eats effectively, don’t subscribe. Overpriced for the lack of experience and respect for customers.

We did a pickup order & that went smoothly. The issue is the burger we ordered bun & mushrooms were burnt, we got a handful of fries & my rice bowl portion was kind of small.

Chilis, specifically this location has truly stepped it up over the past few years! The food is always delicious and well cooked, the service is great, management is great, and the packaging for to-go orders during the holidays is super cute right now! Great experience everytime.

Went here for the Veterans Day with my friend Kevin. We both had the 3 item meal deal. The potato soup with the cheddar is really good. I have never found any other restaurant with this kind of “starter item”. Our server, (Bri) was very attentive. She had a very pleasant demeanor. It wasn’t too busy when we first arrived but it was becoming pretty busy by the time we were finishing our meals.

Food was ok. Service not so much. It was crowded but acknowledging the people that patronize should be required. It stood there for 5 minutes before someone came from the back and she didnt say anything. I had to tell her why I was there. Also receiving what you order is important. I dont want something I didn’t order or an incomplete order. The restaurant was clean though.

The food was horrible. I ordered my food online for pickup. My food was not ready at the specified time. The chicken was big and half done. It was red on the inside and i could barely bite through it. It taste like it came out a bag and heated up in the microwave and dumped some honey hot sauce on it. The burger was dry and hard like it was sitting for hours or ovet cooked in the microwave. There was nothing special about this meal

pleasant, but our meal arrived later than expected. However, the food was good, but not all of it was hot.

Every time we go to this restaurant it’s a cool vibe, it’s either me and friends or with family. I’ve noticed that the mozz sticks have changed in the restaurant to much bigger sizes. But $20 for this is just unacceptable. My 10yr old was upset and before anyone says no she is not greedy and she barely eats anything. So far her to say how heartbroken she was is crazy.. But all in all everything else was ok…

I’ve had a better experience at this location. 07/18/23 was the worst. Burger bun & tomato was mushy,fries were cold & overcooked,wings were ok,not hot,but warm enough. I immediately came back inside about the fries & got “fresh fries “. Seem like they were cooked in bad grease ♀️I ordered curbside & the sauce from the wings were spilled throughout the bag. Both food containers the food was just sloppy.
