I want to start by saying I’ve been to this location many times before without issue. The staff has generally been great and the food solid. Unfortunately, tonight was an absolute disaster.

My family (wife, three kids, and grandparents) waited two full hours just to receive our food. During that time, our waitress checked on us maybe five times total. Drinks were forgotten, refills never came, and even the queso we ordered for the table was missed.

By the time the food finally arrived, we were so exhausted and frustrated from waiting that no one even felt like eating. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect, the burgers were burned, and my son’s chicken strips were severely overcooked.

This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I’ve heard that several staff members recently quit unexpectedly. If that’s true, it points to a serious management issue at this location that needs to be addressed immediately.

Based on this experience, I would not return to this Chili’s again under any circumstances.

This location has really gone downhill over the past few years. The food is consistently slow and often arrives cold. Once there are more than about 20 people in the restaurant, the timing completely falls apart. It’s underwhelming at best and frustrating at worst.

The wait staff has always been polite and doing their best, so this doesn’t feel like a service issue at the table level. The problem appears to be management. The operation just isn’t being run well.

It used to be a great place to eat. Unfortunately, it’s become a disappointing experience.

I wanted to share feedback about our recent visit. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. Our steaks were significantly undercooked, the service was very slow, and refills were not provided in a timely manner. We also had to ask for our soups, which arrived late and cold, and were served only a minute before our main dishes.

In addition, our server’s attitude made the experience even more disappointing. She seemed to think she was being funny, but her tone came across as abrasive and dismissive. When I mentioned that the steaks were undercooked, she blamed us and said we “should have ordered them more well done, thats how we cook them” rather than simply correcting the issue professionally.

While the steaks were corrected and the manager kindly discounted a meal and provided a dessert, the overall experience was discouraging—especially since we were celebrating my pregnant daughter’s birthday. We truly wish the evening could have been better.

Please implement checkpoints to ensure food does not leave the kitchen below expectations, and ensure staff provide respectful, attentive service.
Please do better for future guests, especially those celebrating special occasions. Do better.

The tables are WAY to close! People sitting on both sides of us were constantly pushing into us and one was hold a baby! We ordered 2 margaritas one strawberry and the other was like a blue artic frost or something…. Well they brought the strawberry not not the other
So I had to ask 15 minutes later for the other margarita. And the waitress brought it out but it was t what we ordered! They brought out another strawberry not the artic whatever! Yeah they were busy but there were empty tables everywhere so we couldn’t figure out why they were making people wait?? They told us that it would be 15 minutes for a table well it was more like 40 minutes! And we sat at our table ordered our beverages and an appetizer and that can out fairly quick but then it took another 20 minutes for the waitress to come back and take out order! Yes they were busy but then out food came out 35 minutes later!
I think maybe they are short staffed or something not sure
But the waitress were standing at the front area where ya check in andvthey were just laughing and giggling. Our message came through that our table was ready and I had to go over and ask because of the message and it had been a long wait! So from the time from the text message & the time we got called for our table was 5 minutes a because the waitresses would rather gather and laugh then make some Money!
I won’t go back to this one!

I tried ordering on the app… which the restaurant recommends. It was about 8:45 pm on Wed 11/26. It would not let me so I called to put in an order. 2 orders of big mouth bites and fries. When I got to the restaurant to pick up the order it was about 8:55 and I was told….. good thing you just made it, we’re closing at 9:15. Even though Google still said closing at 10. When I got home with the food I could tell it was thrown together very quickly like they were trying to rush to get out of there. The amount of fries in both orders were minimal. The big mouth bites had hardly any of the toppings ( onions bacon bits) on them. It seems like that particular restaurant closes at odd times very often. I feel like they just decide to close if they don’t think they are busy enough to stay open. The quality and portions for what customers pay are very inconsistent. Very disappointing more times than not

Typical Chili’s with typical food. Never bad. Very par for the course. Their holiday margaritas are yummy. I’m thinking they could push the envelope and do a peppermint or cranberry. But still fun and yummy.

The server, Sam, has a great personality and did excellent at taking care of our every need. He was brand new at serving and did really well even when I changed up the menu items. Like instead of the 3 for me burger I wanted a veggie patty and he made it happen. My kid didn’t like the tea and he brought a Dr. Pepper right away without any issues. Just how service should be and done with a smile, plus humor.

The bartender even checked on me with the drink! That was very cool and he did a great job.

For a Chili’s this location has always been one to visit. Clean. Friendly. And the experience is positive.

We ordered 3 for meals. Our main meal came and about 10 minutes in we found a server (not ours) and asked why we did not get out soup or salad so that person brought them. Then 10 more minutes and another (not ours) came with soup and salad. But we had them. What a cluster.

This chilis is wonderful. The service is 10/10. My server was Natalie and she was perfect. She made us feel right at home as people who take more time and she was just incredibly friendly. The food was awesome and came out in perfect timing, keeping in mind we were there around 9PM. Will definitely come back for everything, thank you so much chilis for you hospitality.

Manager took care of issue respectfully and professionally and Sam was a great waiter.. very attentive and supportive of the situation and never changed up stay professional and delivered a great expectations and i would try to seat where he works.
