It was a relief to get my favourite food abroad. I have been a regular to Chili’s Grill and bar in India at different outlets but it was my first time in the US Chili’s. I would say the portion was very good and the staff were really friendly and very polite.

The new menu (mostly junk food) and refusal to provide a printed menu are the perfect way to overcharge customers while treating them as problems when they date to ask for a non-phone menu. $22 fajitas with zero avocado ($7 extra). Its like being resented by the company the moment you arrive.

I went there Sunday Morning at around 9:30AM
The worst service I have ever seen in my life. 3 women sitting there at the reservation desk eating food and drinking coffee and talking to each other, I stood there and watched them ignore me when I asked if they were open she said no. Only Cary out for breakfast. Told me to go to a young lady that would take my order. She was very nice and was the only person working while those other 3 lazy people that hates their job. I was so disgusted by their behavior. And eating like some hungry pigs in front of people. So Horrible. PEOPLE DO BETTER IF YOU WORK THERE THEN HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS Ohare Airport

How on earth are these guys rated so low??? I had a two hour layover and they provided not just wonderful service, but created a mini, temporary community, welcoming each traveler with a warm smile and a cold drink. I didn’t eat any food but what I saw my new bff’s eating smelled and looked amazing! The staff joked around like family, making my layover feel much less lonely. I met people traveling from Washington, Florida, and Wisconsin to name a few. I am on my first business trip with a new company and this stop in my travels added a much needed warmth to my first trip! Kudos to Marcus for creating an unforgettable experience in such a short amount of time! Give that man a raise!!!

While flying thru ORD one morning, I stopped in here for lunch. I got there right before 9:30AM, but they switch over from breakfast to lunch at 9:30 and they let me wait at a table and work about 15 mins until the lunch time service started.
The main thing I didn’t like is that they use only QR ordering… So, when you sit down, you need to scan the QR on the table and place your order. The server are really only runners, bringing food that you ordered. Makes it tough for special orders, but I stopped a server to get what I needed.
I tried their Old Timer, as this has been a fav of mine since 1989 and this one was pretty good! Not the best, but still really good. I also ordered their chips & salsa and those were spot on, like they usually are… warm chips and very tasty salsa.
Overall, not a bad visit, definitely worth stopping in!

Marcos is truly an outstanding bartender at Chili’s G9 who consistently goes above and beyond in his work. He works hard and fast, especially during busy hours, yet always stays calm, organized, and professional. His energy is contagious, and he brings a positive atmosphere to the workplace every day.
What really stands out about Marcos is his ability to deliver excellent service while making customers feel welcome and comfortable. He is friendly, attentive, and respectful, and he handles every situation with patience and a great attitude. Even under pressure, he never lets the quality of his service drop.
Marcos clearly takes pride in what he does. He is reliable, dedicated, and always ready to support his team. His strong work ethic and positive personality make him a valuable part of Chili’s G9. Anyone who is served by Marcos can immediately see his professionalism and passion for his job.

Says wait to be seated, workers just stand around hanging out. Asked to be seated.. once seated you order on your phone and food comes quickly.. likely won’t be hot, and there will be just as much food on the floor as on your plate. Informed the workers standing around the floor could use a sweep (nicely- like helping you out letting you know) and got back rude sarcasm. Don’t think this place would even pass an inspection it was so grubby.

TERRIBLE experience! From the moment we walked in, the host seemed bothered and annoyed to help my friend and I get seated. Order system is confusing, you have to scan a QR code to order (both food and drinks). My friend mistakenly thought she had ordered too much food so she told our waitress OLIVIA that she needed to cancel the triple dipper ordered. Order was canceled but when my friend realized she had accidentally canceled my order, she told Olivia that we did want the triple dipper ordered and Olivia rolled her eyes and sighed deeply as if that were a huge inconvenience for her. She told my friend in a very rude tone, “I already voided it. Just reorder and pay for it.” So we did as she told us to do, dropped off the food without ever asking if we were doing okay or if we needed anything. Didn’t check up on us at all and I noticed she didn’t check on any of the other tables either. She just dropped off their food and left. Well, when it came time to pay the tab, I did not leave a tip due to her poor attitude and lack of costumer service. As we were leaving after having paid, Olivia quickly confronted my friend and I questioning us why we didn’t leave a tip. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She said we needed to leave a generous tip because our total had came out to $65. However, I told her because she was rude I would not be leaving a tip. She proceeded to say it was our fault for getting the order wrong. Honestly, find somewhere else to eat in the Chicago airport and do yourself a favor and avoid this dumpster fire.

Very disappointed. Service was very bad others served before us and when we got our server he was very stressed and was rude. Food was actually ok but broccoli was plain needed lemon or something. I didn’t want to tip but felt bad for the guy. Not very well managed. Only one guy was friendly and smiled.

Such bad service. We were ignored until the bill came and then she was all over us. The omelette and eggs were cold. The hashbrowns were cold. The margarita was served with a lemon and so was the Sol. $100 bill for half edible food. The toast wasn’t even cut in half.
