Service was quick and friendly, and the food came out fast, which is always a plus. We tried the brisket quesadillas and the Big Smash Burger. Both were decent, though nothing that really stood out. The brisket quesadillas in particular weren’t the best quality, more average than anything.
We started with chips and salsa. Good with guacamole. SFor dessert, we shared the molten lava cake, which was rich. Probably the highlight of the meal.
Overall, everything was fine, just not exceptional. Exactly what you’d expect from Chili’s.
If you’re coming in with the right expectations—casual vibes, familiar flavors, and a low-key spot to unwind—you’ll get what you’re looking for.
Personally, I think Chili’s still shines most as a laid-back place to grab a drink at the bar after work and hang out.

Had an amazing time coming back ! The food as always was delicious. Size of the platter was pretty hefty, left with a lot to take home. Service was fast, with a packed house and all! Very kid friendly too!

This Chili’s location is absolutely impressive! The entire team is friendly and welcoming. I had the privilege of meeting both the manager, Ryan, and the GM, Bryan (all four managers) — they’re helpful, hands-on, and truly lead by example.
Ryan, thank you for making every visit a great experience! This location is also the cleanest I’ve ever visited — the floors and windows shine, and even the seats are spotless (which is rare since most places only wipe the tables!).

The berry dragon margarita was the best and only $6! So tasty and fruity. I had the bacon ranch quesadillas but I still miss the orange ranch they had years ago.

Chili was so salty same with fries which the waitress said “that is the way the fries are made” who in the world likes salty fries, never in my life has any one ever said the fries need more salt, you could feel and see all the salt on the fries yet offered to remake them. The chips and salsa are good. I Didn’t like the visit, it was so bad it drained my day from happy to eat something to tasting this chilli that was the worst, and had to drink a lot of water just to get the bad taste out, and made me full, the burger was good., Service needs improvement while our server was good I think she should have been a lot better. Everyone wants 15 to 25 % and some servers get a lot more from me.

Honestly I don’t think I can even form in words how much I love chilis, chilis is my lifeline. I love chilis. This location is great and speedy too, staff is wonderful, food is great. Honestly if I had to go somewhere while I’m on hospice I would come here. Might get some tonight now, im hungry . Best plates might be the appetizer of the skillet queso, the triple dipper, or the shared platters. Amazing place to come to with friends, 100000% recommend.

First time eating at Chilis and they did not disappoint the food was Absolutely delicious, from the burger to the salad and soup to the appetizers. Our server was the star I wish I would have gotten his name but he was just awesome in every way. ( very tall and very nice) can’t wait to go back and try something new

We went to the Oswego, il location. Everything was terrific! Hostess was friendly & made space for us right away. Margaritas were delicious we had the resolution. Medium rare steak cooked to perfection. Ribs slide of the bone. & the service; WOW! Amazing! Devin took care of our family of 9 with ease. Honestly it’s been years since I’ve been to Chili’s but with this visit we will definitely be returning.

Chili’s pick-up service was so efficient I almost felt famous. I pulled up, and before I could even finish my “Baby Back Ribs” jingle, my order was ready. The staff handed it over with a smile that said, “Yes, we are the heroes of this parking lot.”
The food was hot, the bag was sturdy (no tragic salsa leaks!), and I made it home before my car even lost its “fresh fries” smell. 10/10 would pretend to be a celebrity in the Chili’s pick-up lane again.

First of all- full disclosure- I have a marketing brain. With that being said here are my thoughts.
Overall this location was clean, & service was great.
Food– we ordered nachos but chicken came on them. I asked if they could substitute beef. He said he could do steak. Pieces were cut into large bite-sized pieces. I believe it should have been smaller pieces. They looked silly and it was like 6 bites. Not very tasty.
Service was great! Our server was attentive without hovering.
Atmosphere- chili’s has been around for years. Time for a more updated marketing plan. This one feels old.
Still love chili’s though!
Pro tip– Ask for special drinks. Granddaughter got blue raspberry sprite!
