Again, we’re doing the monthly margarita thing. Haven’t been to this Chili’s yet. It was pretty good. Food is consistent and prompt. Service was friendly. I liked February’s margarita better than January. And I can tell I’m going to enjoy this. We did the triple dipper again, this time dropped the chicken crispers and added another southwestern egg roll.

it was good, service was quick even though it was crowded. we ate veggie burgers and kids meal was also good. not too much options in veg. liked the tab kinda device on each table, kids can play the game in it but they charged for it.

Haven’t been to a Chilis in quite a while. We went for lunch and were seated promptly. The service and food were excellent! I had the loaded baked potato soup and the smash burger, which tastes like a bigger and better Big Mac. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty everything was. Our server was very attentive. Three of us ate well for about $12 each! We will be back.

The hostess staff was amazing, got us a table for 8 in half the time they quoted. Our server, Pamela was quite literally the best. Not one persons drink at our table ran out before she had a refill there for us. She truly handled our party that had three young children perfectly. Brought the kids food out so fast.

Our server was amazing!! Her name was Mildred and we were at the South Elgin location. She was so attentive to when our glasses needed to be refilled, when we finished something and she took the dishes away. One of the best servers I have had on a while when I went out to eat. She was always smiling too!! Food was good.

It makes me really sad leaving this review, as this used to be one of my favorite places to go. The food quality here has gone down so much in recent years. I got a triple dipper via DoorDash yesterday, the chicken strips were slimy and undercooked, the southwest egg rolls were floppy and almost soggy (I understand this can happen while being delivered), but it was like they didn’t even try to cook them enough to make them even a little crispy. My mother and myself ended up not even eating half of our food and we used to love it here

We had no issues, they sat us promptly, our server was great & so was the whole staff. The bartender even checked in to see if he made my dirty martini ok. Everything was good. The ribs had really good flavor to them. Will return!!! Glad it’s closer now too.

Was there for dinner and it was less crowded may be due to 4th of July. Nice food and drinks. Service was fine. Always enjoy their chicken and shrimp Fajitas and southwestern egg rolls.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the overall feeling left such a lasting impression. Our server Daniel was kind, professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of was very good with the flow. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I left feeling so happy and grateful — I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Definitely the best I’ve ever had!
