Usually we the service is good….today not do much
Our server seemed distracted, he forgot our soup. Brought our burgers 1st, we had to ask for the soup.
Then we realized that we got the same burger not what we ordered. Disappointed in this visit

We were seated pretty quickly, but after that it went downhill. Once we sat down, it took 20+ minutes for anyone to check on us. We had menus, but no water, no greeting, and no “I’ll be right with you.” My wife and I had to try multiple times just to get someone’s attention, and the only person who finally acknowledged us seemed like a manager.

After that, our server eventually came over and thanked us for being patient—honestly, it didn’t feel sincere. I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I understand how busy things can get, but being ignored at the table for that long isn’t okay.

When we finally ordered, the food came out pretty fast, but it was just okay at best. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. The fajitas were especially disappointing for the price—very little topping and overall looked kind of stingy. For a ~$30 dish, I expected a lot more. The burger was decent, but the bun was peeling on top and didn’t seem fresh.

Overall, the food was average to below average, the portions didn’t feel worth the cost, and the service was easily the worst part. Compared to other Chili’s locations, this one was noticeably worse. I won’t be coming back.

Usually we don’t have a problem at Chili’s. We waited for a table for 15-20 minutes or so without being greeted but there were several people waiting ahead of us for much longer, probably around 8 people. I asked some other customers if they knew why it was taking a while because there were plenty of empty tables and seats. They said they didn’t know and that the hostess didn’t really give them an explanation.

Two people were seated incorrectly ahead of the others who had been there longer. One of the customers waiting politely pointed this out to the hostess and she immediately got defensive and began arguing with him. I decided to walk out at that point because it seems like the hostess didn’t really know what was going on and was not informed of who had arrived first/who had already been waiting when her shift had started. The waiters walked by and didn’t really know what going on either, which isn’t really their fault I suppose.

I would not have minded waiting longer but the hostess’s attitude made me change my mind. They need to train their staff and management needs to step up because the hostesses should always know what’s going on, regardless of when your shift starts.

This is the absolute worst Chili’s in the area… the staff is untrained, including the bartenders, who don’t know about basic cocktails and make all the margaritas super watered down. The marg. of the month is pre-batched and super unsanitary (got to witness them condensing it down to some containers over the weekend… EEEUUUYUUCK. Food takes forever, too. Multiple folks around us were upset. And OMG, laziest host staff EVER!!!! When I worked in restaurants, I always cleaned up tables when there was a wait. It was 20-30 minutes before someone touched those dirty tables, and even longer for us to be greeted while SAT at the bar. Never again! Avoid this place and their horribly trained staff at all costs.

The waiter was cool, it was busy now I understand why. The food came out so fast! We got the food before we got the drinks.

Server forgot our appetizers. He later proceeded to ignore us for over 45 minutes. He only appeared to bring the food. after asking the server and a busser for refills we left 30 minutes later without receiving a single refil the entire 90 minutes we were there. After refusing our drinks we got the appetizer removed, paid, and left.
Food was okay. I went for ribs but they didn’t have any.

When we were about to be seated, allll 3 empty booths available were not cleaned and the manager came over to clean alllll 3 before we were allowed to seat. Not the issue; the service was the issue last evening. We waited a looonng time for someone to just greet us at our table. After the gentleman took our order, I’d say it took about 20 – 25 minutes before we received our meal. While waiting, we had no water. Once our meal came no silverware, no napkins, no salt that I immediately asked for while ordering. No mayo that I immediately asked for while ordering. Even when we received our order, our server NEVER came to check on us. He vanished. We received our food and instead of checking if we needed anything, he vanished to the kitchen for at least 5 or 6 minutes. At this point, I was over it. We had to ask the host for napkins, salt, and mayo and then the manager. The manager came over and “seemed” empathetic but she became sarcastic while asking if I needed annnnyything else, as if to say that I were an inconvenient problem. Mind you, the couple behind us complained about him as well. Our server was a gentleman with the blowout afro AND the manager gave POOR customer service. For the inconvenience, she offered me a cookie. I told her that I don’t like sweets at all, but I didn’t want to continue to cause a “problem,” so I took it and gave it to my guy. Horrible, vibe and horrible, horrible customer service. I often go to Chili’s, TGIF and Applebee’s so I am not expecting a lot with customer service in most instances, but my experience last night was trash!

Took the family to the newest Chili’s that opened a few months ago. Nice vibe. Everyone was smiling and enjoying themselves. Staff were nice and pleasant. A special thanks to our server Rosa. She was very nice, attentive and always smiling. Food was great and we didn’t wait long for it either. They checked in on us frequently. Place was nice and clean too. We will be back more often. So happy it opened up in the area.

Went in with a party of 7, we were notified that it would be a 2hr wait. We get put on the waiting list and we ended up waiting for about an hour and a half. That’s fine not even a full 2hrs. We go in when they text us our table is ready and they tell us that the BEST they can do is split us up, Why would we all come together to be sat at different tables? Then we ask can we have the two tables right next to each other instead of across and the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE saying that she has no control over how many people came in and they didn’t expect this many people to come. They had no servers for those EMPTY tables, I get it sometimes you’re short handed but they should have at least offered better accommodations after a hr and a half wait. If they would have told us from the start that there was a chance our party would have been split up we would’ve declined the 2hr wait. We took our business elsewhere because her attitude was horrible. I get it, sometimes it’s hectic but please learn better hospitality skills….

Okay here we go, I initially tried this chilies when they first opened not going to lie it was okay but the service was a little rough but again they had just opened.

So this time around keep in mind it’s a weekday and it’s almost 2 in the afternoon so not too busy. Didn’t have to wait for a booth, got our drinks in a timely manner and our server kobe was really nice! Not to mention I didn’t really know what I wanted since the last time I came here I didn’t have the best luck and bless his heart he was really patient with me. I ordered the triple dipper my partner ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and it didn’t take longer than 15 minutes to get back to the table! Overall we will be back again!
