Had a great time at Chili’s in Waukegan! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. The 6-ounce sirloin with shrimp was cooked perfectly and full of flavor—absolutely delicious! The restaurant was clean and welcoming. A perfect spot for a casual, tasty dinner. Will definitely be back!

The moment we walked in, the restaurant felt quiet and inviting, giving off a wonderfully warm and comfortable atmosphere. Our server was exceptionally nice and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience.
On their recommendation, I ordered the double burger, and it was fantastic. The ingredients tasted noticeably fresh, and the burger was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. It was clear this meal was prepared with care.
Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming environment with tasty, fresh food for a quick or casual meal, this is a highly recommended stop for lunch!

Three of us stopped in for a late afternoon lunch. We were immediately greeted upon entering by the host and then seated. Our server brought menu’s and asked us what we wanted to drink within minutes of being seated! The restaurant was very clean and it had a great relaxing atmosphere. We all ordered different meals and they appeared in a short amount of time. Each meal was prepared as expected and portion sizes were very good. You will definitely not leave hungry. I can easily recommend this location to anyone in the area seeking a good meal with pleasant atmosphere and great service along with adequate parking.

We had such a great experience at Chili’s today, and I want to take a moment to highlight our server, Chris (also known as Justin). From the moment we walked in, he treated us like family. His warm smile and positive energy made us feel welcomed right away. The service he gave us was outstanding, so kind, attentive, and genuine. Our food came out hot just the way we asked, and what really impressed me was how he memorized our entire order without writing anything down. It made the whole lunch feel more personal and thoughtful. He checked on us often, always with the same friendly smile. If you’re ever at this Chili’s, please request him. Servers like Chris truly bless your experience. This Chili’s in Fountain Square has always had great staff, but today’s service went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We came here to have dinner, i wanted to try the Mozzarella squares i have been seeing on the commercials, so we ordered the trio appetizer platter for $16.99, it made more sense for the price, you can mix & match which ever 3 appetizers. The Mozzarella square were as awesome as they looked… i recommend them, they are pretty pricey when just ordering an order of 3 or 6. My main dish was the cajin chicken pasta dish, and my partner had the smash burger dish. Both dishes came with your choice of soup or salad or etc, not sure of the other choices, we both went with a side salad. Both dinner plates were a generous amount for your buck. We went on a sunday night, we sat on the east side, the row before the restroom, and the waitress was awesome, helpful, and friendly, I can’t remember her name but she was awesome, an African American women, i give her to her. Awesome service.

Ordered Togo from Chili’s and had a great experience. The Triple Dipper was a solid choice, delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of appetizers to enjoy. It’s always nice to have a quick and tasty meal on the go.
One thing to note is that they don’t offer alcohol for Togo orders, which was a bit of a difference compared to locations in Miami. Still, the food quality was great, and I’d definitely order again!

This is a pretty nice Chili’s. Well-run with good service and the food is always good. The lunch specials are a great deal. I wish they added more healthier options to their menu, but the margarita grilled chicken entree is a favorite of mine.
