My experience at Chili’s was extremely enjoyable and far better than I expected, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, great food, and especially the excellent service. From the moment I walked in, everything felt relaxed and friendly, making it a perfect place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and the menu had plenty of options for everyone at the table. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was our waitress, Lia. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable the entire time. Lia explained menu items clearly, checked in often without interrupting the meal, and made sure drinks were always refilled. Her positive attitude and genuine friendliness made the experience feel personal rather than routine. Even when the restaurant got busy, she stayed calm and professional, never making us feel rushed. It was clear that she cared about giving great service and making sure customers had a good time. Because of Lia’s outstanding service and the overall quality of the food and environment, my visit to Chili’s was memorable, enjoyable, and definitely a place I would be happy to return to again.

went with a friend last night and our server Eryn was the best! super friendly and very helpful and enjoyable to talk to! gave me recommendations on food and was very kind with asking us about everything and just the vibes and attitude in general were amazing! will definitely come back again and i hope Eryn gets some recognition for the service!

Absolutely love this location! Service is always fantastic and the Alex Burger always hits the spot. The team has always been so accommodating to my family. This location is a hidden gem. I’ve never had this good of service anywhere else, and it’s so consistent!

as a former sever myself im usually really picky when we go out. megan did an amazing job taking care of us tonight, both managers on shift were very accommodating when there was an issue with our order. everyone went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. best dining experience since moving here, we’ll definitely be back again! keep it up guys!!

Jeff. 0/10. There are are specific dram shop laws that state that a person can have more of less of a drink because of being a “family” restaurant without even gaging of the person is intoxicated. Saying you cut off people after 2 drinks is crazy. I’ve been here before and previously rated it 5 stars. Jeff must have not been on the clock.

We went in and was seated right away , the service was friendly. Ordered our drinks , then our meal. My mozzarella sticks cold and the cheese inside was a block no cheese pull just cold cheese, got my order wrong 3 times , my cheese burger first not cooked all the way, then when brought back adds onions and when it’s only supposed to be cheese and ketchup then the third time mayo, by then they still have not brought out my child’s meal , my husband triple dipper cold and not what he ordered, idk if it was a off night 2 weeks in a row

Don’t get the fajitas for 2 as you only get a portion for one, especially not when it comes to the vegetables (peppers & onions). 4 little tortillas per person and ours did not come out sizzling. Everyone else got sizzling fajitas. Felt like we paid $50 for 1 freaking meal, not worth it. They should at least warn people. We didn’t get free chips and salsa which everyone else did as well. Not coming back.

Well got to bottom of salad there was long hair. Not mine its only 2″. I called to tell them and ask do they wear hair nets. Mary told me no said sorry and she will talk to head chef. Wow like didn’t matter and if was her meal. Bet would of been different.

We went to chilis for my daughters birthday and service was absolutely amazing. Our server was great, she made sure we had everything and never ran out of anything. Lol she was too good. The food however has gone down in quality and portions are a lot smaller than what they use to be and higher prices. And substantially higher. They also got rid of the white queso and replaced with a new dip! Not good at all and too watery! But at the end of the day it’s still chilis ti the core and still get that feeling when you walk in. Will always go back to chilis.halfback’s the family love it.
