It was my first time at Chili’s, and I stopped in to try the viral platter. It was good and definitely worth trying, but I’m not sure I would order it again. The service at the bar was great and made the experience enjoyable overall.

I must give credit to the hiring manager. This has become a destination stop for my wife and I because the staff is always so friendly. We arrived on a Tuesday shortly after they opened, the restaurant was busy. (A good sign). Our waitress (Rachel) had a fantastic attitude and was beyond helpful. I never had to request a refill, and she had an exceptional way of making us feel welcome. The food was great, although the portion was more than we needed. I just wish they’d open a restaurant further north. Great place to eat.

After very very minimal issue (steak went to the wrong table and surf and turf was missing shrimp,) the managers gave half off of our entree and a free dessert. Above and beyond for such small human errors. Genuinely a friendly staff and a great experience.
Food was tasty and prepared well. Drinks were a great value given strength. Will be returning as soon as possible.

Food was great for the price. Nice setting enviroment whith a fresh cooked quality real beef burger and cheaper than my last fast food bill. The service staff was prompt and not under staffed. Not too loud or too quite overall no complaints chilis has maintained its good overall quality.

I took my little sister here tonight and wow we were SO impressed! Our server’s name was Nicole and she is the reason we will be back. Her service was phenomenal and accommodations were impeccable. I had never been to Chili’s before, and I’m so glad we went! Nicole needs a raise and some recognition!

Walked in, we were the only people besides 3 employees sitting at a table, who all went in back when they saw us, and one person at the bar. After waiting by the “please wait to be seated” sign for 10 minutes without seeing any employees after they went in back, we sat down, assuming they forgot to flip the sign or something, waiter came out furious another 10 minutes later saying “can’t you see you’re supposed to wait to be seated? What do you want?” we asked for waters first, and he stormed off cussing to himself, so we were obviously very uncomfortable, and we left.
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Usually service is the one redeeming factor of these fast food quality restaurant chains.

We went to this location after two years. Sadly food quality has not omrpoved significantly.
Burgers lacked cheese and mayo.
The dinner for two fajita was ok. The tate was not thwre.
The only chillie sauce they had was tobasco kind of an ironny being called chillies
The good thing we got a free treat on our kids birthday that was nice.
Service was painfulky slow yet the place was not that vusy.
Last tine ibrated this place as a one. Now ita a three.
Evwryone is making an effort o can see i just hope they will get to be top notch
I have been to chilli in canada and thats a five.
So qe got some work to do hwre and i hope that will continue.
I do want to see you keep.getting better!
