I took my sister to Chili’s today and our server was Tyler. While the food was great, the server was too true. Tyler was very kind cared about his duty to please. He catered with eye contact and a genuine smile. Tyler was very patient with my sister. This is very important as she is a special person with special needs! He took the time to listen and go out of his way to check on things at our table. He treated my sister with compassion and understanding and with out prejudice regarding time and her need for extra time. This proves that all it takes is one person and one second to make a difference in this ever so busy and chaotic world. That kindness matters! What we do and how we treat each other matters. Came here with a friend and got the 3 for Me deal. It was super filling and I enjoyed my crispy chicken sandwich. Our server was prompt and kind. Also, despite things being so busy, we got a spot at the bar without a wait which was nice. Overall, it was a great experience and it’s an easy 5 stars from me!

We had a fantastic lunch at Burnsville Chili’s. I was first greeted by Ryan who opened the door and seemed genuinely glad to see me entering the restaurant! That set the tone for our whole experience. We had a great server (Hunter).. and Tyler was making sure we had been helped. The food was really great! (Shared large Fajitas) The whole experience was fabulous! Thank you for a 5 star experience!

Been to this chilis three times and things are consistent.
The food is hit or miss on some items.
The steak is alright, not a special cut of meat. If you like cilantro lime flavor, you will enjoy it.
The ribs were tender, would get again.
The burgers are always a hit for the family! Best safe option if you don’t know what to trust.
The pasta, the pasta mannn, no. Overcooked penne noodles, thick, congealed, bland Alfredo sauce. Chef mic overcooked the already cooked chicken, that was also bland. Not even salt could save this one.
Those mozzarella sticks are all over hyped, they will come out almost cold, like they are making them in large batches as they are popular right now. Would not order when it is busy. No cheese pull.
Tenders weren’t dry and had a decent flavor to them.
The monthly drink is always ice and juice almost along with inconsistent flavor, ordering the same drink will have different results, every time. No idea why they ain’t got a bunch made up, who wouldn’t order a $6 drink.
I’d bring the kids and I probably won’t order anything for myself, maybe a burger.
Staff are attentive and friendly, everyone was from what I can observe and went through. Love them for this. Must have a good leader behind them.

My son asks me to bring him here when I let him pick the restaurant he would like us to go to. It’s a special treat for him because he loves the food and atmosphere. The servers are above and beyond what you would expect from a more affordable family restaurant experience like this. The food and drinks hit your table fast and accurately. No complaints.

You won’t believe it but this was my first time at Chili’s and I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. It looked like they were busy but me and my wife got seated next to bar right away. Food was great and they had a lot of good specials. Definitely recommend. Not sure if all the locations are the same but this spot is great.

I went here the other day with my friend and we had to put our name on the waitlist, which wasn’t the problem because me and my friend were just sitting and talking. The restaurant was quite loud so I couldn’t hear anything but my friend, when the host called out my name I wasn’t able to hear her but I was still looking around my area. I made eye contact with her and she not loudly but screamed so loud that it made me jump. In the moment I wasn’t able say anything because I was so shocked. This was so incredibly disrespectful and rude to me and all the other customers in the restaurant. Half of everyone stopped and stared because she was so loud. Even her coworker was like “Do you know her?” because why would you be screaming at a customer? Our server was extremely nice and attentive but the host really was so rude. She brought us to our table and then was like casually “I only yelled because you’re Asian” I’m not sure how that makes it any better because I don’t know you. Just because we’re the same race does not mean you have the right to yell and scream at customers. I probably would avoid going again on Friday at 6.

Sunday night after waiting 30 minutes for our table I Left feeling cheated out of a good night with my kids and my money . The burger I requested was not what i was served my drink was not provided that came with my meal I guess she figured I didn’t need my Diet Coke because I ordered a bar drink which was very bitter and tasted of spoiled juice. My son dropped his kids meal on the floor by accident and the server made me purchase a whole new meal for my son which was fine it was our fault but they gave him freezing cold fries and the two smallest rock hard chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life !!! my son said mom I’m so sorry I ruined the night when I dropped my food ! I reassured him he did not !!. She never refilled my water after looking at my empty cup several times I was so appalled !!! I left heartbroken and hungry . My kids favorite spot but we definitely won’t be back to this location.

The CHILIS we knew and loved is gone. The food quality, the service, and atmosphere is so bad that one doesn’t know where to start but I’ll give it a try.
We ordered fajitas, fries, mac and cheese, and southwestern eggrolls. The eggroll quality has decreased substantially and the 4 rolls were cut into uneven pieces. The fries were only semi warm. The fajitas were repugnant!! The steak was so overdone that it was almost inedible. The rice was dry. The beans were extremely salty. The pico de gallo portion on the plate was miniscule. Some of the tortillas were hard.
The servers were so low tier as many of the uniforms that were worn were dirty and some of the servers were desperately in need of a shower. Some of the tables were filthy. One part of the restaurant was so cold that we had to be moved to another location as people in our party were getting hypothermia. The bathrooms were filthy and I think that they were actually incubating hepatitis. I mentioned this to a manager and she stared at me as if I was speaking a foreign language.
Our server was pleasant but we had to repeat requests to refill drinks and bring items that were previously requested such as salsa.
Bottom line – this is my last CHILIS visit ever and it would be best if they closed this abysmal excuse for a restaurant.

I’ve order food to go at this location multiple times. Burgers “well done” come back pink and undercooked most of the time. Very dissatisfied. Most recently the one I got was not edible. Do not recommend get anything that has to be cooked to a certain temperature to-go.
