This was my first time eating at a Chili’s restaurant and I was very pleased! Our server (Bennett?) was amazing. She was very friendly, attentive and professional. The food was 12/10 (shout out to the cooks!) I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 star is because it was hard to hear and the guy behind kept bumping my booth and I could feel every bit of it.

I had an amazing experience at Chili’s! The food was delicious and full of flavor, especially the fajitas. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, modern atmosphere.
I’m very satisfied with my visit and will definitely come back again!

went with my mom during our wicked double feature on nov 17th. had to get my glipple dipper (glinda glitter from yours truly). unfortunately, they were out of the stirrers. my mom and i don’t like alcohol, but the wicked margs were yummy and sweet. our waiter was very sweet and attentive.

The food is ok… typical bar food. I ordered a beer and steak. Asked for it to be Rare in hopes of it ending Medium Rare by the time it hit the table. Came out a definite Mediun to Medium Well. The beer was a Blue Moon, which I’ve been drinking for years… there was definitely something wrong with it. To the Wait staffs credit, replaced both. The second steak was Medium Rare (despite order for Rare – but still better). Chips brought were mostly broken… Otherwise service was good. We sat near a window with the AC blowing on us. Restaurant was fridgid… Bathroom was OK, but I’ve seen cleaner. Would I go back? If asked to by a friend or family, yes. But I would not go back on my own…

The food was so delicious I didn’t even get to take pictures of the food before I started digging in. My friend and I went to this location close to closing time so it was pretty empty of people, we were given a booth with no one near us, so it was pretty quiet. We were seated right away and had our orders taken quickly. The food came out fast and fresh. The waitress was very kind and attentive to all of our needs. Would recommend this location.

Chilis is Chilis. This review isn’t about the food. This is about amazing service and a manager going WAY above and beyond to help a customer when he certainly didn’t have to. As a North Carolina resident on a work trip who was in a rear wheel car during a snow storm, I was amazed and grateful at how much help Sam (manager) provided me in getting my car free and back on more treated roads. I foolishly tried to go out the back of the parking lot and quickly realized the snow back there was essentially untouched and several inches high. After several attempts personally to get free (including another customer attempting to push me out several times), I accepted I was stuck for the night and was headed inside to notify a manager that I was going to need to leave the car overnight. As I walked towards the front of the restaurant, Sam had come out and begun shoveling the sidewalk so other guests wouldn’t slip and fall. I interrupted and asked to borrow his shovel and not only was Sam willing to lend me the shovel, but he came back with me and spent 20+ minutes attempting to get my car free, including laying on the ground pushing snow away from the tires, trying to push the car, finding cardboard to put under the tires. Eventually, a few other customers and another employee (also named Sam) were able to get the car free and back towards clearer road where I was able to make it back to my hotel safely.

Apologies for a long winded story on a restaurant review that isn’t about the food, but I’m so grateful for the above and beyond actions Sam showed that I wanted to share here in hopes that someone at Chilis will see. I’m sure Sam brings the same energy and desire to helping customers on the inside of the restaurant as he did on the outside and I applaud him for being so kind and helpful.

Mari was amazing all the way around

The last time I went out to eat and had steak I went to Texas Roadhouse a couple months ago. They had to take my steak back twice and there was still pink when I cut it in half again. Tonight, no pink on the 1st try and it was really good!!!

The parking lot is a sheet of Ice February 20 2026. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE 1 BROKEN HIP AWAY FROM A SENIOR CARE FACILITY. I manage properties for a living. This would not be acceptable for any reason. Corporate I’m talking to you, send sand or something.

i ordered from the Chili’s app for me and my friend and paid around $53. the app used DoorDash to deliver the order, but no driver ever picked it up. we waited over an hour with no updates and no food. i called Chili’s, then DoorDash, and DoorDash told me that since i ordered through the Chili’s app, the refund has to come from Chili’s. when i called Chili’s again, the manager acted like it wasn’t his problem and kept saying it was DoorDash’s issue, even though the charge on my bank account clearly says Chili’s. i stayed calm the whole time and was just trying to get my money back. this was my first paycheck and i was really looking forward to this meal, so it was frustrating to spend that money and not get anything. the manager said maybe his boss would call me, but he sounded annoyed and dismissive. when my mom called to ask and get a good understanding about it, he said he wasn’t going over it again. i didn’t receive my food or any real help. i just want my refund as soon as possible and better customer service.
