We went during lunch rush. Our waitress was awesome. The food was amazing. My 18 year old daughter could only finish 1/4 of her burger. It was MASSIVE! Her and I had a great time.

I ordered the chicken fajitas to go, wow hats off to the chef. DELICIOUS!!! These were the most flavorful well cooked and seasoned fajitas I have had. Everything was packed carefully and still hot when I arrived home. Excellent meal!!! Kudos!!!

Chili’s is pretty consistent in it’s quality and customer service across the board from locations and various states. We stopped in for a quick date night at a “new to us” location. We arrived right at dinner rush and was told it would be a twenty minute wait…I think it was maybe 5 minutes! Drinks and food was amazing with large portions as always. You can’t go wrong with a margarita and a side of bottomless chips and salsa. Burgers are great, chicken crispers are where it’s at though!

Food is always delicious, we just had an outrageous experience with our waitress. We were there for three hours, it took an hour and 15 to get our food after many things were forgotten and not brought out, including SILVERWARE?! We waited 5 minutes for our her to bring our silverware. She never checked in on us and many tables that were there before us were served and bussed before we even got our food. Just absolutely outraged. Mind you we had to grab our own to go boxes because she was taking to damn long.

Haven’t been in here a whilo I thought I would stop by and grab some soup and chips. From the minute, I walked in everybody was super friendly. A young lady named Anakin took my order and got it ready for me and she was! So friendly and helpful and she packaged my order up for me perfectly. I’ve been a server over 20 years(even worked at Woodbury chilis 3 yrs.)and it’s so refreshing to see how friendly and helpful this young lady was. You can tell she loves her job, and I love that’s!!

We stopped in here for lunch and had an excellent meal. First, the cheddar cheese bites were amazing! The chips and salsa were great as usual and I had the smokehouse combo. Everything in this combo was fantastic.
We have been coming here for years because of the in house deals they have. For the price, you really can’t beat a meal, a bowl of chili and a drink for the price. If you come with a significant other, the 2 for $25 is a great option! Make sure you stop in because you get a lot of food for your money here and the servers are amazing, the service is quick!

To improve – my booth was dirty and needed to be cleaned. No fun sitting on a dirty booth 🙁 My food was too salty – especially the loaded potato soap. The problem may have been the bacon???

I went to Chili’s in Roseville in 2018. Had a horrible experience and never went back to any Chilis. Decided to try 2025.
I would have to say I was super impressed. It was an 8pm dinner.
Orderd ribs, boneless wings, chicken crispers, sliders, fries, etc, and it was amazing, crunchy, and flavorful.
Had leftovers, reheated, and ate the crispers the next morning from the fridge and it was still slightly crunchy.

Absolutely disgusting. This Chili’s is a complete joke and should be embarrassed to call itself a restaurant. The service was awful—slow, careless, and clearly uninterested in doing the bare minimum. It felt like everyone there hated their job and took it out on the customers.
The food? Straight-up unsafe. I was served raw food, and not even in a “maybe it’s undercooked” way—just flat-out wrong. Not long after eating, I was throwing up, which tells me all I need to know about their food handling. If you value your stomach, stay far away.
The place also felt dirty and unprofessional overall, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. When a restaurant can’t manage cleanliness, service, or food safety, that’s a massive failure.
I wasted my money, my time, and my night here. I will never come back, and I seriously don’t understand how this location is still open. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else
