Three of us had three burgers, salads, and fries. Waitress was super friendly. It was our mom’s birthday so they came and sang to her and gave her an ice cream dessert. That was nice. The lunch special is really good price wise. We would return. Fyi this place is right on Mason Street across from Sam’s Club and just off of the freeway. Easy off and on. I will attach photos.

The restaurant was very clean and the food was good as well. The staff at the front desk to seat us were not the most welcoming but the waiter really made up for it and was insanely nice. The restraint atmosphere itself was good no complaints there. Overall I would go back but I’m not sure it would be my first choice with the service I got at the front desk.

Service depends on who you get. Great veggie pattie. Highly recommend for vegetarians to try. Always hits no matter what day you go! The only vegetarian options to choose from is the veggie patty, chips and salsa, chips and guacamole. Options are limited. But the black bean pattie is delicious!

Can’t rate the food as we never made it. Usually love dining here, but tonight the hostess, a person with half-shaved hair on the sides, was extremely rude to her waitresses and to the guests. I understand it was busy, being a Friday night and all, but she yelled at her waitresses. She snapped at them that she was stopping the list and to not bother putting us on. She was loud enough for us to hear even in the busy setting. I feel bad for the coworkers who have to put up with her. The waitress she was yelling at, the one with purple/blue hair, looked so frazzled and stressed. The woman kept yelling at the waitress as more people came in, so my party left. Less than a couple minutes in the restaurant and that’s the worst service I’ve seen there thus far.

It was ok. I ordered take out. It was ready a few minutes early. I couldn’t get to your restaurant due to Hinkle st being closed off once again for construction. I figured there must be a back street to get us there. I ended up taking Packerland and coming up Hobart st. Only to find that the parking lot was blocked off right there as well. I drove back down Hobart thinking maybe there’s another street we could take that would come out on the other side of the parking lot. Nope. I ended up having to call Chilis to find out how in the hell to get into the parking lot. I seriously drove around for 20-25 dam minutes trying to get into your parking lot and it was dark so the entrance I was supposed to take wasnt visible at all. By the time I got my food which was already sitting there waiting for a half hour it was cold. And they didn’t get my order correct either. I also had to drive another 20-25 minutes home before I could eat it. By the time I got home everything was soggy and cold. I feel like there could be better directions or a BIG sign out there to let people know how to get in with all that construction going on, especially for those who are out of town and in the dark. It was just an all around bad experience and the order not being correct really topped the cake. I almost called to cancel the order and have them reimburse me instead. Do better.

Food was almost perfect except for my sliders. I know some people like them a little pink inside but I can’t eat my burgers that way. When I called and spoke with Dallas the manager he was so polite and understanding. Went above and beyond to correct the situation! Strong managerial skills, especially in customer service!

We ordered through DoorDash. Our order consisted of fried mozzarella, surf and turf- ribeye,the grilled chicken chipotle bowl, and the pepper pals crispy crispers. All of the meals were hot, fresh, and delicious. The fried mozzarella was unlike any I’ve ordered. Rather than being small mozzarella sticks, they were huge and could be a meal in itself. My meal being the grilled chicken chipotle bowl had so much flavor and was very filling! I highly recommend ordering from this Chilis!
