The food was served quickly and was hot and fresh. Our server was attentive but not too much. They timed check-ins just right.

Ordered the sirloin rare. I ate both sides before cutting into the steak, which was medium. The meat was tough. I sent it back and they remade the entire plate, which was unnecessary. I wasn’t looking to bring leftovers home.
The waitress asked me to cut it in front of her before she left which gave me kitchen nightmares ick, iykyk. The crazier part is her then asking how rare I like my steak Like what? Rare is rare
The wait staff were friendly enough but checked in way too often, way too quickly. There was an instance with the waiter coming back with the same question because he was listening to music.
The meal was discounted which was a plus, but I have no desire to eat here again.

Food is good, but sometimes the service can be sub par especially for groups around 10 people. Separate checks seemed to stump them. Our last visit was just 5 people and the service was terrific. The server was very attentive.

We decided to try this Chili’s on a spur of the moment. It’s very cozy n yet roomy at the same time! Our server, Kim was informative, friendly, efficient, and helpful. She assisted us of the many great menu choices , and on our driving directions!! The food came fast , there was plenty to eat and it was yummy! Thanks Chilis n Kim for a great experience!

Very very low-quality food. The drinks were warm (they said they were out of ice) and the food was cold – the frozen egg rolls were still frozen in the center. Big Daddy had a bad time.

Chili’s has a new menu and along with new dishes, they still have the dishes that brought you there. We had the fajitas and they were wonderful. You can choose from four different meat options, we chose only two, shrimp and steak and generously comes with yummy sides. I had coffee and my son had ice tea, they were good too. I love their burgers but decided to try something new and I wasn’t disappointed. Our service was very good. We both had a nice time and will be back very soon.

It’s a normal Chili’s. Good food. Good service. Prices are quite high I thought (if I could give it a 3.5 I would – for prices). Our server was good. No wait on a Monday night but they were busy. Burger was good. I don’t get to Chili’s often because of the prices. Has been updated since I last went to one.

Went to Chili’s tonight and it was fairly dead, hardly any tables sat at. Came in and sat down, they gave us our menus. We waited almost 20 minutes just to get all of our drinks, which was a Sprite, Lemonade, two cokes with vodka, a miller light glass, and a different alcoholic beverage. Proceeded to finally get our drinks, and I was missing mine. The bartender was reading instructions WHILE making the beverage, she is not new, we have seen her here, even months ago. I waited about another 10 minutes for my beverage. We ordered our food, and two members of our family needed new orders of drinks. The waitress, who was great by the way, took the order and let the bartender know. We had to physically take the glasses up to the bar and ask to get drinks because it was taking so long. They turned us away, saying we can’t order at the bar, when they have soda guns up there, and that’s all we needed. We recieved our food, my wings were cold, bacon and burgers were not exactly what we asked for, and our fries came out way later than our food. We then ordered refills for drinks, they brought us out more than what we asked for several times which was basically charging us extra than what we wanted. The bartender needs to be fired or switched to something else, she was not doing her job properly whatsoever. Our waitress was great, and was trying to make things right for all of us. Overall, this was a horrible place to eat, and their bar staff was unprepared and helpless.

The worst steak fajitas I have ever had! The steak, if it was even steak was so over cooked and tough as nails and pretty much unedible unless you wanted to attempt swallowing after chewing 1 bite forever and choking! Quesadilla burnt to a crisp! Chili’s has really gone down in quality and wayyy up in price. Save your money.
