Stopped in for a late lunch, they were not busy as a server was announcing she got cut early cuz they were slow lol. Lots of empty tables, yet had to wait for them to clean a table, then sat at a soaking wet table, well…at least it was clean. Waited quite a bit before someone acknowledged us, server said I’ll be right with you. She came back 5 minutes later we ordered drinks, another 5 minutes, we got our waters. Tried to order but her computer wasn’t working. Another 5 minutes and we finally ordered. About 15 minutes passed and we asked for our soups, she clearly forgot cuz the food was brought out 3 minutes later. Soup was awesome, good just ok. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was dry and lukewarm at best.

This is the best chilis experience I have ever had!! Our server Erika was so sweet and relaxed, it made me feel comfortable with her. For how busy the restaurant was the service was very fast. The food was delicious, best chilis i have ever tasted!

We stopped in here late in the evening. The staff was friendly and then manager introduced himself. We got the pick 3 for me deal (awesome deal) but my chips and salsa didn’t come out until after our meal was delivered.

Bring a sweatshirt…should have minded the reviews because it’s cold! Waitress was pleasant and came by a few times but took three stops before she remembered the extra napkins. We both had steak and shrimp fajitas. Bowl of black beans was almost up to room temp. Entree was plenty hot. Shrimp was great, but the steak was a little dry, although after I took mine home and reheated it, it seemed better. Toppings were good. The host was going around sweeping up from under tables, and it did look clean enough. Did not use the restroom which would have told the story. Paid in cash so did not experience trying to pay on the kiosk. Went early enough on a Saturday that it was not too busy.

We arrived as a birthday celebration of 7 adults, 1 teenager, and a busy toddler. We were greeted and seated very quickly with immediate attention to getting drink orders, chips, and food order placed for our little one. Jimmie was our server and was polite, friendly, charming, and funny. He was super attentive from keeping our cake chilled through dinner, getting our food orders, getting refills, clearing dishes, and bringing dessert to the birthday celebrants.

The store was beautiful and clean! We had the pleasure of having Erica as our server she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed plus more. Suggested some drink and menu options for my bf who is a diabetic ❤️ She was FABULOUS! Also had a few other employees just approach us and chat they were all so kind and accommodating

My food was really good. We went for lunch and I was able to get one of their ten dollar lunchtime combos. I got soup ( loaded potato) a double cheeseburger and fries. We also got a free order of chips and salsa (which were endless). Our service was outstanding. The whole meal for my family was just terrific. The atmosphere was nice but of the three it’s least important to me.

Terrible food. Terrible service. We ordered the food and not even 5 minutes later it came out. You would think this is great service, until you take a bite and realize it’s glorified microwaved food. The speed of the food preparation now makes sense. Not only that, but the burger we ordered looked as though it was put through a rock tumbler. It was so greasy, the bottom bun congealed to the meat to form some kind of paste. We asked for a new bun to try to salvage the meal, but it was never received. After this experience, we just wanted to leave as soon as possible, so we paid at the table side tablet. As we paid, the tablet “glitched” on the screen for the tip option, and immediately selected the maximum tip option and closed the screen. We have dined at several Chili’s locations for many years and none of them have ever come close to this poor experience. Would not recommend this Chili’s.

We went on Saturday afternoon had the pleasure of having Becky wait on us. I cannot say enough how great of a waitress she is! Our drinks were refilled right before we finished our last drink. The food was AMAZING!! What a wonderful experience
