The Steak was very tough. My husband had to go back because they forgot his meal my soup and salad. We do put into account it’s takeout and not fresh. My tortillas feel like a dough. Forgot my ranch dressing for my salad that’s super annoying to me. Now it’s valentine’s Day 2026. But you would think they were more prepared for the rush, they were about to get. I’m not impressed and this used to be my favorite place. Takeout was on point. Please go back to the way it used to be.

Omg the food was delicious. I had the Double bacon ranch burger I added jalapeños for spice. It was one of the juiciest burgers I’ve ever had. And it was huge. About 2 pound burger. My friend had the Cajun pasta and I tried hers too and it was fantastic. I recommend this Chilis cook is fantastic. And the waiter was polite and prompt. Great location!!

We have been here for 30 minutes and I still have yet to get my water. We also haven’t been able to put a food order. We asked the runner for another water and she never came back. She looked at my like she didn’t know what water was. The southwest queso is half the size compared to other chilis locations. Would never recommend this chilis to anyone.

Richie was my server she did an outstanding job and they were busy it was rush hour and she still took the time to correct my order while serving 2 other tables. She truly is amazing i was just in complete wow watching her work she’s very professional and she had positive attitude the whole time despite being in rush hour i would come to this location 1,000 times as long as Richie is my server. 1000/10 GREAT SERVICE. I do not recommend visiting this establishment, the service is terrible.
I visited this restaurant with some friends for a farewell party and it was a catastrophe.
The waitress forgot one of our orders, we had to wait again to place our dinner order, and wait.
I ordered an order that didn’t have some vegetables, which I’m allergic to, and they included them. I returned it; they came back with the same error.
The food is salty, the service is like the food was free.

Was celebrating my taxes coming back but the lady manager that had worked Thursday evening was not very nice to us and talked down to us like she was something. She talked down to the workers too. Server was nice. Food was pretty much good, but we wont come back.

Horrible customer service. They treat individuals with anxiety or any health issues with unkindness. It’s already an extremely long wait while tables more than six were available. But was told the section is being served by a waitress in training… I’m confused because it’s the experience you want to have, but anyway, the young girls were really rude and the manager had to be asked for and still we waited… I will never visit the Miller pwky location in West Milwaukee ever again. I love Chilli’s food.

I don’t know if I ever been to this location before but I can say one thing for sure I’ll never go back. So not worth the drive and everything else we went through. We were a big ticket table and people couldn’t even remember to bring our drinks. One son ordered some Frosty alcoholic beverage and the waiter is walking to every other table except the right table with the drink. By the time my son gets the drink it’s no longer frozen it’s half water. Not only that it was his birthday and this was his place of choice. Never again. Food was dry as hell Mac and cheese was salty. Salty does not equate to cheesy I’m sorry. Ribs tasted terrible like they were boiled in water. I Instacart all day and to deal with that was terrible. I won’t be back. That’s a reason why there’s only 2 Chili’s in Milwaukee food and service.

Decided to do a quick date night and wanted something better than fast food but not that fancy either so we decided to try Chili’s and wow did it beat my expectations!
It was prime time dinner hour around 6pm. The restaurant has many customers but still had ample seating. The menu has many options and something for everyone! Including the kiddos!
We started with an order of wings and they were brought out within 5 mins. The meat was juicy and flavorful. The sauce had the perfect amount of zing. The ranch dip was mid.
We ordered an appetizer sampler plate and a rack of ribs for our entree. It included 2 mozz sticks that were very large and had a long, satisfying cheese pull. The southwestern eggrolls were crispy with a flavorful inside. There were also 2 mini burgers that you could tell were cooked to order
The meat had a bit of crisp on the ends and it was really a decent burger that could hold its weight compared to some fast food places.
The ribs were cooked to perfection falling off the bone! I could not believe this from Chili’s. The meat was tender and the sauce was great! There was also a cob of street corn that was very good. It came with 3 chicken tenders which I had the next day and they reheated well and didn’t have any funky bits. The fries were good.
The atmosphere was good. It was a little crowded and noisy but it is a family friendly place so I cannot hold that against them. Our waitress was totally attentive and polite, refilling out drinks without being asked. I was so pleasantly surprised by Chili’s I am definitely going to go back.
