Nothing to complain about here. I’m painfully aware of the reality that some branches of casual dining chains suffer from lack of consistency. This branch is NOT one of them.
Chili’s menu is huge and the design is a bit overwhelming at first so take your time exploring the menu. Service was attentive and quick, and food was delicious and warm. The place was lively and atmosphere was very friendly.
I liked their on-table kiosk payment system. It’s incredibly efficient and adds value to the experiment in my opinion.

Me and my boyfriend placed a pickup order from chilis after a long day and I was very disappointed. I got the honey chipotle chicken crispers and they tasted like they looked when I opened the box. They were dry and barely had any sauce. The fries were cold and the portion was unbelievable considering the price.

I’ve always have good food at Chilli’s. First time at this location, the fajita trio was delicious, fresh shrimp, tender chicken, the beef was a bit dry but well seasoned. The burger tasty as always. The service a little “loose”, not much attention to the table, but the food came out pretty fast, i think it didn’t take more than 15 minutes. If you are hungry in Kenosha, stop by.

I usually have great food at a Chili’s, but not this time. The chips were very stale and barely even warm, and the fries were extremely hot in comparison. This was not worth what I paid. Next time I want Chili’s I’m going to another location.

We went for the “Two-For” special that’s been advertised on TV for a long time now.
We weren’t expecting the greatest, and received a fair burger at a fair price.
It was much thinner than what we saw advertised on TV but with the appetizer and the soft drink it wasn’t a bad deal. Service was fine and Chili’s is Chili’s.
We would probably go back because you always get what you expect there And it’s pretty consistent in pricing. The bathrooms are clean and the parking lot offer is enough spaces and there’s really nothing negative You can say, just don’t expect it to blow your mind and be somewhere where you swear you’ll always go back for your special anniversary, but you can certainly have a great date night or meet friends and family, and be comfortable with a fair meal at a fair price.

No complaints about this place. The food always arrives to our table on a decent amount of time, hot and really tasty. The service is friendly and always attentive and asking us how is everything. 5 out of 5. I recommend this place.

This past Feb. marked only the 2nd time ever dining in at this location (live across the border in northeastern Lake Co). Not that my family and I don’t like Chili’s but I’m a foodie so I have a tendency to take my family out to a different restaurant whenever I’m off of work.
Not gonna say the food is absolutely to-die-for and is something to write home about but the popular Tex-Mex chain does have decent food coming from an all-around type menu.
The venue was packed that night but didn’t wait too long for a booth, table was clean, food came out hot & fresh with reasonable prices despite climbing prices nationwide and our server Cole who looks like he’s still in high school did very well.
The one thing that keeps me coming back to Chili’s the most is their Classic Nachos app, My wife and I always order it whether our kids are with us or not and we like their cocktails here as well.

Went here on an Sunday evening. It was actually not as packed as I thought it would be. We were immediately seated and our server was on point the entire dinner. I had the fajitas which were great and the guacamole was fresh! I love their ranch as well! My son had the chicken crispers and fries. Everything was fresh! We will be returning!

We typically always enjoy eating at our Chili’s. This time from the time we sat down til we paid everything was a huge disappointment. Our server seemed disinterested, the food came out prepared incorrectly and the quality was subpar. A combination of a Salad being prepared wrong, soupy white cheddar Mac & cheese, to chicken strips only have dipped in sauce. May be time to give chili’s a break for awhile

Chili’s is one of my favorite chain restaurants. This was the first time my family and I ate in the restaurant since COVID. All staff wore masks and they spaced table seating out to maintain social distancing.
The staff was very attentive and our waitress did a great job of keeping our drinks filled and checking in to make sure we liked our food. I was quite pleased with the service.
Our food was prepared well and came out in an appropriate amount of time. We ordered the appetizer of fried pickles and the proportion was somewhat small for the price we paid. My daughter devoured them before I could take a picture. I’d say there were only about 10 or 12 slices in the order. Other than that, our meal was great and my margarita was spectacular!
If you dine-in or carry-out, you’re likely to have good quality food. I have found, however, that when you order from a food delivery service, that is not always the case. Chili’s new containers hold heat and moisture in so our food often arrives soggy.
