Claire went above and beyond as a waitress, with an amazing balance of attentiveness and ability for the table to enjoy itself. The margaritas are always amazing, and she also beat us to the punch with asking for more salsa and chips (sorry Claire, we love those a little more than you). She’s the best! Saturday mornings, request her section for the best service. Bravo, girl!

Our server took great care of us! (I wish I got her name) we enjoyed the great triple dipper, it came with honey chipotle crisper, fried mozzarella sticks and the southwest egg rolls! We started with chips and the white queso dip and a couple of specialty frozen margaritas of the month! The smokehouse combo is the best thing on the menu ! They offered a pick 2 or pick 3 and have never been disappointed in the combos ! We also got a burger and was not disappointed, it was cook even all the way threw! Best experience I’ve had at chillis!

Had a burger for lunch today, and for $10.99 it was excellent! Fresh, great fries, side salad, and coke for this amazing price. Great value! To top it off, Savannah took exceptional care of us, was very pleasant and obviously loves her job! Great lunch!

Ordered an Old Timer with Cheese with fries for delivery. Old Timer burger was decent, requested lettuce which wasn’t received, burger really isn’t worth the increased price over fast food. Fries were only average.
(SIDE NOTE: Chili’s used to sell about the BEST nachos you could get, but they were removed from the menu by an idiotic corporate cost cutter )

We had to wait over 15 minutes for a table. As we looked around there were numerous tables that needed cleaning as well as many that were empty.
When we finally got seated the waitress was amazing and very polite. The food was good. This was our first time to a Chilis location. The waitress made the encounter the best for us!
My son and I ordered the chicken tenders and they were not the best. My other son got the quesadillas with two types which he really loved. My daughter ordered off the kids menu and the cheese pizza she stated was not good cheese. She wished she had the quesadillas.
The southeast egg rolls in the appetizer were amazing.

We chose Chili’s in Davenport for what was supposed to be a simple date night—just my wife and me, no kids, dinner followed by a movie. Unfortunately, this visit completely ruined that plan.
The wait time was reasonable (about 5–10 minutes), and at first everything seemed fine. We were seated quickly, greeted promptly, given drinks, and our orders were taken without issue. That’s where the positives ended.
After waiting about 30–40 minutes, we were told our food was coming out soon. Since our movie was at 6:45 PM, we weren’t worried. The food arrived around 6:00 PM—and it was completely unacceptable.
The broccoli was cold, not steamed as described.
My steak was cold in the middle.
The mashed potatoes were cold.
The shrimp was ice cold, like the plate had been sitting out for a long time before being served.
After waiting around 10 minutes to flag down our server, I let her know the food was cold. She took the plate back and later told me they would remake the entire meal, assuring me it would take only five minutes. I explained we were on a time crunch due to our movie.
The manager came by with replacement broccoli for my wife and acknowledged the issue. By that point, my wife had already finished eating while I still had no food. Fifteen to twenty minutes passed—well beyond the promised time—and I was still waiting.
With no confidence the food would arrive hot and no time left, I told them not to worry about my meal and that we needed to leave. Despite this, the food was still left on the bill, and I had to ask for it to be removed.
In the end, I left Chili’s hungry, frustrated, and disappointed. We ended up stopping at McDonald’s so I could grab a quick hamburger before the movie. This was supposed to be a special night after a long workday, and instead it turned into wasted time, poor service, and cold food.
No apology, no credit, no effort to make up for the experience.
Cold food, broken promises, and terrible service. Definitely not worth the time or money. We won’t be coming back

We love Chillies. But tonight our pickup order was different. The bowl was soggy, dripping with to much sauce and the lettuce was wilted. The salad was great but was missing the dressing. The chips were pieces of dripping with grease crumbs. Obviously the bottom of the barrel and shouldn’t have been bagged. We will go back because as I said, we love Chillies. Do better Chillies!

I dont understand the hype. The macaroni and cheese was literal soup, ribs over cooked, the fries for my 5 year old meal were very little and my fries were undercooked. My burger was subpar. There just wasn’t enough flavor. You’d figure for the price they charge for their food, they’d put some effort in how its made. Seems like they grab just anyone to throw stuff together. And that person does not care what it looks like or tastes like. Its pretty bad when the appetizer you get is better than the meal, and it was still too salty. We just got the chips with the 3 dips. Oh, and their mango tea had no flavor either. I hear a lot of people say they like chili’s. This experience was my one and only time being there. Not worth the 82 dollars for 2 adults and 1 child. Just absolutely awful food.

Great service, comfortable seating. Friendly & quick service. Didn’t even need to ask for a refill, she was on it. Bacon chicken quesadilla is worth it. So filling & brought extras home & added a cheesecake for only $3.49 since I got their 3 for $ deal! Sweet.
