I would like to take a moment to recognize our server, James, for the excellent service he provided during our visit today.
James was attentive, friendly, and truly on top of everything throughout our meal. He consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured that we always had a drink. His positive attitude and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Staff was great, food was terrible. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. The salad was equally terrible, looks old, tastes old. Somehow even the fries didn’t taste good.

Staff was so so friendly. Very attentive to their customers. Very busy night but drinks and food were brought out in a very reasonable time frame. The manager made several rounds and was helping the staff along the way. Would recommend this location over and over again.

Was mildly busy…stopped by after work and sat in the bar area. Bianca was our server/bartender and an absolute joy. she was attentive, energetic and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had lunch and a couple of the Casamigos Margaritas and everything was ideal, from service to drinks and food. Will definitely be back!

Good food. My waitress, I forgot to get her name (pigtails, tattoos on her hands) was extremely attentive and kind. Made my daughter happy and gave her attention as well and lots of minecraft stickers. Made the night that much better to have her as our waitress.

We started off with a wonderful server whose name I can’t remember and then she informed us a little later that we were switching servers because she needed to be relieved for the day, totally understood. Very nice of her to let us know, but then we got a server named Hailey and she was extremely rude, and not attentive at all. She asked how my steak was but didn’t even wait for me to cut it before walking away and it was overdone. She then never returned until the end and when I asked for extra salsa to take my chips home she came back with everything but the salsa and I had to ask my girl friend Kate, love Kate. It felt like Hailey was rushing us out asking do we have all of our stuff and thank you for coming before we even had or things together. Needed refills and she never came back. Overall not a great serving experience but everything else was wonderful, and thank you Kate my queen for getting my salsa! Love you bad!

I’ve never been to a Chili’s before until the other day. I got the triple Dipper or something and MAN those mozzarella sticks were delicious. Like they were Soo good when they were fresh.

We had such a wonderful family dinner at Chili’s! I tried two margaritas — the Mango Frozen and the Arctic Freeze (recommended by our server Simon) — both were fantastic. My husband had a steak and, even though there was a small mix-up with his order, Simon handled it immediately and made everything right without any stress.
Our kids loved their mac & cheese with applesauce, and my burger with fries was absolutely delicious. The food was great, but the real star of the night was Simon. He was kind, compassionate, incredibly patient with our little ones, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
If you’re planning to visit this Chili’s, I highly recommend asking for Simon — he’s amazing!
