We had a great time every time we went!
The Food; we love their menu because of the variety. They have all sorts of plates you can have or share.
The Service: While this time was a bit different than our usual experience (our server was on his second day), we pretty much had good service.
The Atmosphere; it’s the same theme throughout the franchise. The ability to pay at the table is awesome!

The last few times we have been here the service has been so slow. It takes forever to get the food and finding the waiter/waitress to get something is like Where’s Waldo. It doesn’t seem to matter the amount of patrons in the restaurant.
Also, every time I try to use a special gift certificate they have to have a manager do it which takes even more time. Where’s Waldo there too. Unfortunately due to the set up to use that gift certificate, the tip didn’t stay on the bill when I entered it on their kiosk and I didn’t catch it until we were already long gone. I knew to catch it the following time but that gal did not get a tip the first time it failed like that.
The food is good, but can be pricey for what you get. Beyond that, it’s the service is what has turned us off to Chili’s in Coralville. Oh and could you run a broom during the day so it doesn’t have dirty floors?

The food was almost perfect but the broccoli had a bit too much seasoning, the steak was great all around; ie color, taste, consistency, and even after eating all the broccoli first it was still edible. Brooklyn was my server and she was 100% on point, checked in at the right times, never became intrusive, had her timing down perfectly!!!! One of the best waitresses I’ve gotten to pleasure to be served by. She needs to be on a management track if she isn’t already and wants to do it. Great attitude, and just 100% made me feel welcomed. I gave an $8.71 tip on a $22 meal, I felt that the $30 was well worth the expense. Zero complaints and even the broccoli being the one criticism, I still ate every piece. Just a taste preference but was all around well done!!!!!!!

I ordered ribs but waitress returned to tell me they were out. I then ordered the chicken strip basket. The straps were tasty but tough and barely luke warm. My wife had a burger which she said was not very warm but tasted ok. We both had 2 different margaritas. They were small for the price and did not taste very good. Bill seemed over priced for cold food. Waitress was very good. Doubt we will return.

Had an excellent lunch today(see photos). I see there has been some complaints about the restrooms and the table kosiks; however I found them both to be clean and tidy at this visit. The servers were doing a great job and were always busy. The kitchen staff looked neatly dressed and the kitchen itself looked nice and tiday. Granted the business has been around for about 25 years and the building is showing a few signs of aging, I thought it still looked very tidy. I would surely eat there again.

Went early in the evening on a Saturday. We were kindly greeted and seated right away as it wasn’t very busy yet. Our servers name was Aiden, and he was wonderful! Great at getting our stuff in and checking in on us! We ordered the chips w the guacamole and queso and shared the Tripple Dipper w the famous mozzarella sticks! So good! We got chips to take home! I swear they’re the best!

It’s alright. They were clearly understaffed, with a 15 minute wait in line even though there were so many empty tables. Cleanliness was questionable: I ordered a simple ice water and the appearance of the cup looked old which makes the water look murky, and the toilets just weren’t up to par compared to other similar restaurants. Food was just okay, had free chips and salsa, and ordered the smokehouse combo and BBQ Brisket Burger with Black Bean Patty. Was a little disappointed with the BBQ burger, paid $13 and couldn’t even taste or feel the brisket in my mouth, but it might be the black bean patty ruining the texture and overall taste of the burger. The smokehouse combo didn’t even come with any sauce on the side at all, which was a little weird. Portions also felt off, kinda weird paying $15-$20 for a dish and getting a small cone of fries, and not a lot of meat. The whole experience felt as if the owner was trying to cut cost by cutting on portions and cutting on customer experience in general. Well, it worked, and I probably won’t be coming back at all.
The only good thing from my experience was the service.
Overall, not worth the price. Might be worth it if you order the value combos, the lunch deals or the drinks at the bar, but I doubt it, since they might cut portions on those too…

We usually get to go and even though we live just a couple minutes from the restaurant it always arrives mostly cold. Pasta arrives limp and overcooked and fries are soggy by the time we get home (much more so than at most other restaurants). When eating in, usually the staff is very nice.

We visited for the first time last week, the food was great, and it came out fast. Emma was such a great waitress, she had a pleasant personality and was awesome with checking up on us. My mom was even impressed with Emma and that’s hard to do. We travel to Iowa City often for the hospital and will definitely be back!

Was in on Saturday 1/3 around 12:30 for lunch. Had great service from the bartender and the food was served fast and hot. A great experience while passing through the area.
