Not happy! Go there often. Group of 10. Was placed in both made for 8. I sat with 1 cheek on and 1 off the seat. Service was quick and accurate. Besides the seating it took 1 hour to get our food and even then we had to ask what was going on. Apparently they had a fryer go out in the kitchen. I know stuff happens. However it didn’t seem to slow the togo orders down. Also you don’t let people wait an hour without telling them there is a delay and why! The managers and servers were on the floor the entire time and never said a word. Very disappointed. Although they did try to make amends with 30% off but all they had to do was inform us and we would have understood then no need for discount.

We came in on Saturday and Tony was our server. He was the most attentive, kind and personable or servers, and we never had to ask for our drinks to be refilled once, or our chips and salsa refilled, because he automatically took care of it before we realized it.
He wasn’t pushy, very humble and truly provided such a great experience.

We always have a great experience at this Chili’s, as our food is always wonderful, service is quick and friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable, friendly and cozy.

Free chips and salsa for anyone that joins the rewards program (would recommend – not too spicy, very crunchy, just right)! Plus, went on a Sunday for lunch and they sat us right away. Server was nice and fast. Food was delicious. Point of meat was correct. This lasted me for dinner as well. All together was 32 dollars, not bad at all. No drinks, just water. We left happy!

We were in on a Sunday afternoon and were seated right away. Cole was our waiter and was attentive, friendly, and helpful as were those who were servers. Our food was good and hot, and our glasses didn’t go dry. Cole took the time to show me how to use my rewards during the check-paying process on the kiosk. Now I just have to remember how to do it.

Tabatha is an amazing server!! She was very attentive. There was a table behind us that was loud and had at minimum 16 people mainly kids. She was great handling them and her other at least 5 tables. She did very well with our 10 month old! She got everything right and made sure we didn’t have to stop her and ask for anything besides getting dessert that we previously said we didn’t want. Tabatha you deserve the best you can get!! Thank you!

Complete unbiased review here the servers were Great the food came out fast, but the Food is mid was to salty, and u could tell the Texas bread is frozen generic bread, the pasta was way to salty and the seasoning had a weird taste, for the prices they charge I would not recommend eating here take your money somewhere els.

This place is way over price for what the food. My coke didn’t tested like coke at all and the cup were it was served was nasty with hard water spots on it. Order some chips and got all crumbs. The food was a 4 rated over from 1-10 wouldn’t Recommend it. My gosh can’t believe there still in business waiters was nice left a 18% tip not her Fault food wasn’t as good
