My family and I had dinner there today for our first time ever being there and everything about our dine it was FANTASTIC. Our waitress name was Summer and she was absolutely AMAZING. Summer was so helpful when we asked questions, she was very polite and friendly, she was great with my 9 year old, she kept our drinks filled and our table cleared of dishes. Summer keep up the excellent work, the fantastic friendly attitude, smiling.
Also our food was FANTASTIC. 2 of us had burgers and fries, 1 had steak with mashed potatoes and fries, my 9 year old had the kids chicken tenders and fries. All of which was nice and hot, cooked perfectly, tasted great. Food came out of the kitchen in a very timely manner.
My family and I will definitely be coming back. It was very nice to have such an amazing waitress, amazing food, great atmosphere, as we were leaving every employee we walked past told us thank you for coming in and to have a great night.

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon after a music recital. We were a party of 8 with two young children. The restaurant was busy with a party of 8 arriving just ahead of us. Amazingly they had us seated in under 15 minutes. As soon as we were seated the waitress was there to take our drink order. In under ten minutes she was back with our drinks and started taking our food order. Knowing that a table of 8 had been seated ahead of us we all expected a bit of a wait for our food. Much to our surprise the food was delivered in 15 minutes if not quicker. Everyone was pleased with their meals and even the children were happy. The waitress was definitely one of the best that we have had in a while. Thanks for an enjoyable dining experience

First time to order from Chili’s Grill & Bar and the food was good. I got 4 chicken tenders with fries and BBQ sauce, everything was tasty. Next time I’ll try their burger or Fajita.

Me and my friend had a horrible experience here! It used to be so much better before along time ago. The server was hiding in the bathroom and didn’t even help us out. She was no where to be found. My friend gave her $25 dollars and then we didn’t see her after. The server also charged me for the chips and salsa that my friend got and I got the free blue lagoon lemonade. I will not come back here again. I would like my money back or a gift card for us. We deserve to I be the acted better and with respect!

Food was good and service was just ok. We were well taken care of but waitress seemed newer and took awhile at times to check back. We also got our food before another table whose occupants had arrived well before us. Their food was cold when they received it, the kitchen made them a fresh meal but still.
We ordered Santa Fe chicken salad, very good. And the brisket burger that was pretty good just a little over cooked. Fries were decent.
Signed up for rewards on the kiosk and got a free chips and salsa appetizer right away, which was yummy BTW.

I had the Prawn and Chicken Fajita, and it was a fantastic experience! The dish arrived sizzling hot, featuring perfectly seasoned prawns, juicy chicken, and fresh, colorful veggies. The addition of Mexican rice on the side was a great touch – it was flavorful, fluffy, and paired beautifully with the fajitas.
I loved assembling the fajitas with the warm tortillas, creamy guacamole, tangy pico de gallo, and cheese. The combination of bold spices and fresh ingredients made every bite delightful.The portion size was generous, Highly recommend this dish.

Good food, but the staff was very disorganized. It took a long time to get someone just to greet us at the entrance, bring us to our seats, and recieve our orders – which came out partially inaccurate, such as getting the wrong sauce flavor or missing some dips.

I brought my boyfriend here to celebrate his graduation from MSU and we had a great time! We ordered a few drinks (the $6 margarita special was amazing), the triple dipper, and the fried chicken. Our server, Elizabeth, was incredible! Super sweet, attentive, and she seemed very on top of her section and orders. I would highly recommend her! Food was pretty good for a chain restaurant too. I would highly recommend The Big Mouth Bites because those little sliders were the best thing I’ve had in a while. All the drinks were great quality, size, and price!

Did the military free meal on Veterans Day. Great treatment, friendly & attentive staff. Place was packed but food came out quickly and was excellent. Thank you to Chili’s for offering this and very nice job by your Okemos restaurant.
