I hadn’t been to a chilli’s in years. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and served hot. Waitress was very helpful and showed me a cpl tricks to ordering what I wanted and save a few bucks. I thought the portions were very good for the price point. I will be going back again!!

Still a favorite place to eat for good value. As much of a food snob that I am, I always find that Chilis hits the mark on value for $. We went for dinner and Nick was our server – he was excellent. Food is fresh; excellent burger and love the fajitas. Always good and still the best bang for the buck in the food industry.

We had a 30 minute wait and it was multiple open tables. They appeared to be short staffed. The sauce from the crisper got on other things on my plate unfortunately. In general the food was good and I would return.

came here this Saturday and honestly had a really good experience. The fajitas was great fresh, hot, and full of seasoning and flavor. Everything tasted on point and came out just right. The service was great too. My server emily was super nice and made sure we were Good the whole time. She definitely did her thing. Everything was so good that it actually made me come back again today. I also want to acknowledge the cleaner with the locs and glasses has to be hands down one of the hardest workers i’ve seen in a long time i gave him a tip i could tell he was so very grateful i appreciate workers like that especially for as young as he looks. Will definitely be back.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at this Chili’s today celebrating our birthday. Autumn, the manager, was absolutely lovely — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She took a moment to connect with us, and you could really feel her care and pride in what she does. Her leadership and presence made a difference in our visit, and it deserves recognition. Not just today but everyday.
Our server, Nick, was also great — friendly, patient, and on top of everything without being overbearing. Even on a busy day, service felt smooth and respectful. He is working very hard and training. He also connected with us. All of the staff including the cook with the delicious food we ate.
Thank you, Autumn and Nick, for making our time here feel special and comfortable. Experiences like this are exactly why we come back!!

This Saturday, I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by my server, Melody. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm, making sure that everything was just right throughout my meal. Melody’s positive energy and professionalism made me feel valued as a guest, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. I also want to mention the young man with the glasses i believe who was the janitor who was working diligently around the restaurant. He struck me as incredibly hardworking , moving quickly to assist wherever he was needed. It was clear that he was putting in a lot of effort, and his dedication to his role was inspiring to see. Watching him work so hard with such a positive attitude added an extra layer of warmth to the atmosphere and reminded me of how important it is to recognize the hard work of staff behind the scenes. The food runners were Awesome as well. Overall, my experience at your restaurant on Saturday was truly outstanding. From the delicious food to the attentive and friendly service, every aspect of my visit exceeded expectations. Melody’s exceptional service and the young man with the glasses’ hardworking and kind nature made my visit even more memorable. I left feeling happy, satisfied, and grateful for such a positive dining experience. I look forward to returning soon! Chili’s Great Job!!!!

Came for lunch today and I am so glad I did. The food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. My waitress Natalie was beyond amazing. She was working the bar and floor, never missing a beat. She was quite far the best waitress I experienced in quite so time. I generally patronize the location on Middlebelt. This is my go to now. Anyone who stops by ask for Natalie and thank me later.

It’s been QUITE some time since we have come to Chili’s, so I didn’t have any real expectations for my visit….I was taking my mother out for a quick bite…. However, at the time we arrived, it was PERFECT (after work, right before the evening rush for dinner)…. It wasn’t crowded at all– or server, Nick, was PHENOMENAL! It’s so refreshing when you can have an attentive, friendly, personable server as him…. He was AAAAAAAAMAZING! And honestly, watching how he treated his other tables (because oh, it got busy!) he is CONSISTENT across the board. I watched him and I also watched the other patrons and his energy brought out the best in THEIR energy. Nick, KEEP doing what you do!
Also, the food was probably the best it’s EVER been…. Not that it’s been bad in the past however, yesterday, it was EXCEPTIONAL. HOT, FRESH and Very flavorful. Chef’s kiss to the cooking staff!
Oh, one last thing, I didn’t get the hostess’ name, young African American girl…. She was extremely pleasant and friendly both when we came in and when we left. My mom is on a walker and she was very patient and helpful— and so were the patrons. We were VERY satisfied with it visit…. Thank you so much…. We will return.

Chili’s is back!!!!!! The food is good and comes out hot. The staff is attentive and will actually greet you at the door with a smile to seat you. I just started returning to Chili’s & I am pleasantly surprised. I have sat at the bar area and Maddie and Dan are everything! They give great customer service and are attentive to you even if it is crowded. If you haven’t been to Chili’s in a while Please, Please return and check them out!! If you are lucky go to the bar and see if Maddie or Dan is working.
