We celebrated a birthday this past Saturday with about 20 family members — and we are one big, loud, happy group! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful.
The staff was outstanding, the service was attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent. I had the tortellini soup, a Smashburger, and a beverage — and I still can’t get the taste out of my mind! The soup was incredibly flavorful, and the Smashburger was perfectly cooked and delicious.
They were very accommodating to our large group and treated us with such kindness and friendliness. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a meal or a family celebration. We will definitely be back!

This has been my family’s go to restaurant in the area for so many reasons, it’s close, the pricing is feasible and although they’ve gone through menu changes, it’s still our favorite. Please bring back the fried onions and jalapeño appetizer lol

Judy & her team did an outstanding job with our Fajitas dinner tonight. The sizzlin’ steak & toppings were fresh & plentiful.
My faith has been restored because of tonight & their attention to our dinner.
My wife just came home from the hospital and this supper wiped out the memories of a sad week.

Stopped in and tried the new chicken bacon ranch nachos. They were really good. The chicken, bacon, shedded cheddar, and southwest cheese queso along with the pico and sour cream and ranch drizzle were a good combination of flavor. Chili’s always has some tasty new food combos love

I’ve come here about 15 times in the past 2 years, and the service has always been very inconsistent. I will not return anymore because it has gotten worse and worse every time. The hostess pointed at a much too small booth and walked away without saying anything or giving us a chance to ask for another seat. It took about 10 minutes for somebody to take our order for a drink, let alone food. Our food took about 30 minutes, with our appetizers being brought out at the same time as the food. I ordered two medium sirloins and both were well done. I did not want to send it back due to the wait time and fear that the unprofessional staff might mess with my food. The price has increased yet again with a decreased portion size and quality. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Everything was good and fine. Food was good. Waitress was good. Food runner seemed a little out of it. Me and my sister had two different burgers and topped different and he gave us eachothers burgers (not a big deal, we switched them) but he was like “these are exactly the same, right? So it doesn’t matter who gets which?” When they obviously weren’t. But yeah. Nothing went wrong, but everyone working just seemed kinda like “meh”

This Chilis really out did themselves. No wait time. My server Ashley was prompt and very attentive to our table. Now to the food. I’ve never seen such a beautiful presentation of food. From the Triple Dipper to the Just Bacon Burger. Looked truly amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful. They even came out and sung the birthday song for my nephew. Complete with ice cream topped with chocolate and caramel. My nephew surely loved it. As someone who works in the food industry. I looked for service like this. Thank you for the amazing service.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. It was me and 6 other people, they forgot 5 of our dishes and the waitress was rolling her eyes at all of us, and she was giving us attitude. We also had to wait for 45 minutes for a dish.

I have started coming to the Warren Chili’s quite frequently. I love the service and the food is always great! I come between noon and 4 usually, so I can’t speak to how it is during the evening. But I am always satisfied with not just my service but my food as well. A plus is that it’s never crowded when I come, so I love that!
