I started off here with the appetizer mozzarella sticks. Very good appetizer option and good quality very delicious and good amount of sticks for the price. For the main course I ordered fries and a bacon burger also did not dissapoint all round good place to go for lunch. Also, the chicken tenders were very crispy and flavorful. The service was very polite and checked on us often throughout our meal. The worst of the lunch was the obnoxiously loud music had to talk a little loud for anyone to hear.

This is the first time going to Chili’s since we left Arizona and being in Ohio. The menu is really different but the food choices are good. Service was great. Area was very nice. Food was delicious.

We went on Valentines day because it was also my mother in laws birthday, and what she wants, she gets. They had a 45 minute wait to be seated, and the server we were sat with had a full section. In spite of that, our drinks were never empty. She never stopped smiling, she checked on us every 10 minutes, we had our food within 20 minutes of placing our order and it was accurate and hot. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady, she has those cool clear glasses and (I think) dirty blonde hair. She was absolutely a rock star and handled the busy evening like a beast.

The food is mainly good. It’s not as hot as it should be a lot of the time. Think they are short staffed often. There are 2 sometimes 3 people doing everything. The managers do jump in and help though. Which is nice because I’ve been to a lot of other places where they do not.

We wanted to start the new years off right. So we drove an hour away to get Chili’s (it’s the closest location)
The food was amazing our server Ashley was over the top and we cannot say anything but good things. I don’t know why the price has seem a lot more than what they were last time we went out. And they put us right next to a window which had such a bad draft through it wearing my jacket I was cold.
But as soon as our hot food got to us it warmed us up
Went back a second time had more food. About a year later still great staff. Still great food.
Cheese sticks had no cheese pull tho 😮 and I heard the table behind us talk about the same thing. But great food again

The food was pretty good, I loved the fried mozzarella. My only issue was the “classic nachos”. Idk if you can even CALL these nachos. Other than that everything was fine.

Food was good and plentiful. One grandson loved his boneless wings, the other would not even finish his steak. He said it was tough and flavorless. My burger was juicy and delicious and my granddaughter’s chicken strips were phenomenal. And then there was the chocolate lava cake dessert……amazing!

Not going to this Chili’s again. We love Chili’s even though it’s an hour and a half drive for us. Horrible experience at Boardman OH. We tried calling for reservations but they are first come first serve on the weekend so we checked in at 4:35 anticipating that our 9 person party would have to wait. They told us 45 minutes which we were perfectly fine with and understood but when it became 6:00 and we watched multiple other same sized groups walk past us we began to get frustrated. We then told the hostess that we would split our group into 2 tables near each other if it meant we could eat. Our 4 and 7 year old were getting hungry. Finally at 6:20 we were seated. So our 45 minute wait was actually a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. This tells you how much we love Chili’s to stay. Then when we say down to see two movable tables near us empty. Then not 10 minutes later they arranged the tables so another group of 9 could sit down. Seriously we wait almost 2 hours and split our group to watch other large group be seated and accommodated better than us. Also these groups were adults not ones with young children. As a gesture the manager gave us chips and salsa which was nice but we we already had online coupons for that so it wasn’t special. Our waiter was kind but very busy. There wasn’t enough straws, silverware, no crayons for the kids and one table had 2 salts while the other had nothing. Food was okay, my son said the fries were hot but his chicken sandwich was not. Definitely not worth the almost 2 hour wait. Very disappointing.

Today I dined at this location with a large group mostly comprised of adults with disabilities. I must say I was blown away by how accommodating the staff was once we arrived. Shannon in particular, our waitress deserves high praise. She tended to the needs of our large party, was patient with everyone, and knew what we needed before we asked. It was great.

We love chills unfortunately this time it has falling way short we where here 6 months ago an it was wonderful this time I won’t go for a very long time. 122 dollor later food was not good at all the flavors where off an not good. My daughter couldn’t eat have her food because it tasted horrible. Non of us where happy an had to stop at mcdonalds after because the food was so bad
