Stopped in for the Sunday happy hour specials, which is pretty nice. I tried the tequila trifecta, and they were pretty good. I did get buzzed off 2 of them. I also tried their boneless wings and there mostly breading and would never get them again, but other than that, my server was nice, and cocktail was good for $6. It was pretty noisy when I went too. Not very relaxing atmosphere.

Service was slow despite not being busy at the time we were there. Homemade chips were great, light & crispy, salsa was flavorful. Smokehouse bbq looked good but ribs were overcooked, dried out and hard to chew. Brisket Quesadilla lacked brisket despite its name. Corn was waterlogged and soggy. Entire meal was very disappointing considering the cost. Unfortunately, we won’t return anytime soon.

My mom and I were seated right away on a Saturday afternoon. She got a soup salad and water, I got a black bean burger, salad and diet coke.. our bill was $20. I can’t recall getting a great meal for so little. Our server was awesome, brought refills without asking.

We had a group of 8, and the service was decent except when you asked for something extra (clean silverware, refills, etc..) Then it took forever, after which 3 people showed up with it. I have a thing about hot food. Unfortunately, the food arrived with some hot and others were lukewarm (mine). Tells me they waited for all the food to be done to bring it out. Some of the food was good, but others were not only not hot but were dry until you smothered it in a sauce.

This was the best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Bacon, avocado, ranch and cheese on a delicious bun. I’ve had it here before and it was just as good. It comes with fries that are perfectly cooked with added salt and pepper, a nice touch for me. It’s like getting two sandwiches it’s so big. They cut it in half so you have two pieces. The chicken is so thick and juicy and tasty. This is definitely the best chicken sandwich out there!

I was visiting from out of town and staying at the hotel across the street. We stopped by Chili’s to get some food and drinks, and had a great time sitting at the bar with our bartender Rachel. Chili’s is one of my favorite restaurants. Being away from home, Chili’s in Westlake Ohio didn’t disappoint. It was just as good as my neighborhood Chili’s. My salmon was full of flavor. The drinks were perfect, thanks to Rachael (awesome bartender). Good environment and professional staff. If it wasn’t for the fact that they were closing soon I would’ve stayed longer. Our family goes here about once a week. We really like it. The food is very good and we love how it’s louder than most restaurants. It helps with young kids. Service and kitchen can be slow at times but overall a great place to go.
