So it was my 1ST TIME EVER eating at Chili’s and they did NOT disappoint!! Everything was amazingly great the drinks were strong and the food tasted amazing. It was so much food we had leftovers for the next day,the atmosphere was such a great vibe. I sat at the bar and Miranda was the BEST BARTENDER EVER! Exceptional customer service and such a gem. I assured her I would be coming back and would be a regular Lol Thank you to the entire staff for an Amazing dinner.

Kinsey was our server and she was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. She was able to juggle her tables very well. The food was exactly as expected and we were happy with our selections. Especially the mozzarella cheese sticks. We will visit again to try some other menu items.

My daughter and I had the greatest experience at this Chilis. The food was great. The atmosphere was very warming but the biggest part that made our experience so good was our waitress/ server. Tia I believe was her name. And if thats not correct I will be back to correct it because she deserves all this credit. We ate there last Saturday 2/28/26. The place was extremely busy (which I found out why). Everything was good but Tia was fabulous!!! Very attentive and welcoming. As busy as she was she still was able to ask how we were or did we need anything else as she was flying by to take care of other patrons. No mistakes, everything exactly as we ordered and to boot everything tasted Great. Hats off to the cook as well!! I was very pleased and full(lol) upon leaving. Management please give Tia a raise, good help is hard to find and you don’t want to lose her. I know I’ll be back and I hope that I can get her again. So if your going to Chili’s in Macedonia ask to sit in Tia’s section. You will not be disappointed.

Ok so I’m literally in the restaurant right now party of four they told us it will be a wait immediately behind us a party of 3 comes in white people by the way (very nice ppl) an they were seated the lady so them how can u seat us an not them. He then proceeds to seat us after ppl notice an I said something he threw a stack of menus on the table an walked off… he is a young black guy with dreads. Other than that. Our actual waiter is great an the good is good

The pick 3 meal was excellent. Had a cheeseburger and fries with a drink. The complimentary salad was healthy and served with citrus balsamic dressing. Yummy! The server provided fantastic service. Two thumbs up!

Went for lunch, server was Sadie- she is very prompt and so friendly. The Margarita of the month is 6$ and it’s tasty and potent, Chicken Alfredo, quesadillas were also good, the chips are nice and crispy and the salsa is pretty good so is the queso although I prefer white queso. Sadie makes our lunch enjoyable with her service, we’ve been there 3 times in 2 weeks!!!! Ordered are taken promptly and delivered in a timely manner.

While I’ve always been pleased with the quality of food and service at Chili’s. It was just a little off with this visit. This was a pick-up order and the wait was about 10-15 minutes longer than expected. After waiting in the car my husband went back in to retrieve our order. It would have been nice if someone would have brought it out to the car as other restaurants do for online orders. We did enjoy the food as usual.

We recently hopped on the Chili’s trend and are very excited about it! We’ve had mostly good service! The music is really loud sometimes which makes it hard to make conversation. I’ve tried the triple dipper of course, my husband loves the smash burger!
