Ash was our server and did a terrific job. The food was delivered fresh and hot. All of the we’re not paying attention.were very nice the restaurant was clean and everything was fantastic. I was in here for a pickup and the employees were on their phones and not paying attention to anyone.

Been enjoying the Chili’s comeback for 2+ years now! Even more of a plus when the server takes just as good of care of your young kid as you. Ashlynn was amazing and it’s awesome to see the front & back of house team working so well together, especially on a crazy night.

Very very good had to chicken sandwich, french fries and toss salad and some black tea. Everything was nice and hot and delicious. OK i return August 16, 2025 we had a couple burgers some soup french fries oh my gosh we did another takeout order delicious we would come back. The food was nice and hot. The staff was excellent. The place was clean inside highly recommend.

We ended up going on Valentine’s Day so it was rather busy. We called ahead to avoid the wait which worked out good. We both ordered the 6-ounce steak n shrimp, loaded mashed potatoes, broccoli and had a salad. The portions were nice size and food came out piping hot and the steak was on the money.
The broccoli was even done to perfection unlike most other restaurants. Our waitress Melissa was knowledgeable very polite and on top of things the only problem we had was we didn’t save room for that delicious chocolate chip cookie I guess we’ll be back for that soon.

This is a very fine establishment. I really believe that the triple dipper sliders are bussin and always smakin, I would eat a triple dipper every day if I had a whip to come here, every day of the week and year. but chillis always cheap so I definitely recommend coming here cause its sooooooooooo great like very great like super extraordinarily good food at this fine establishment.

We walked in and were seated almost immediately. (just before the dinner rush) Our sever was prompt and friendly. It didn’t take long for food to come out. We ordered the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. They were amazing! I had the Big Smasher burger with fries (added queso and bacon). While I thought the plating/ presentation was a little lacking, the flavor certainly was not! It was absolutely delicious! My wife ordered the pick 2 fajitas (chicken & shrimp) and said they were really good too! Overall, nice atmosphere, great food, good price, definitely recommend!

We were told 35 minute wait and it was over 45 minutes. It was cold in the restaurant. We were not told we had a waitress in training. Once our order was taken she never once checked on us. Her trainer had to go behind her and fix a problem with the table beside us and then had to fix our situation. My strawberry margarite came to me white. It was basically just the slushy mix so she had to bring me extra strawberry mix for it to even taste better and it did not seem to have any alcohol in it. We never got our cheese sticks and when we asked thats when they said a fryer was down. I ordered no bun on my sandwich and it came with a bun and all the cheese was stuck to it so I couldn’t just remove it and so my partner didnt want to eat his food while I sat that waiting longer for mine so his food got cold and it wasnt even that good. The trainer did try and make things right and was very friendly and understanding about our complaints. She took the drink and cheese sticks off the bill. Overall, it wasnt an enjoyable dinner after we drove an hour and then waited almost an hour to even get in. Later my dinner date was ill through out the night. I understand things happen and I’m sure other people have great dinner experiences there. However, I will never choose to eat at Chilis again.

They saw my toddler & put us in a booth where we couldn’t have a high chair, make that make sense? Its cuz they pack the dining room with barely any room between tables. We did get a booster, but there’s so much space between seat & table – it wasnt ideal.
30 minutes for an appetizer? Not ok. Especially mozzarella sticks, IDC how thick they are.
By the time dinner came, my toddler was so far over it.
At some point, they should just be honest with customers & tell them “we’re full & our kitchen is behind, we’re not taking new guest until we catch up. You’re welcome to try us again in a hour.”

First of all we sat at the bar our server was FANTASTIC! My husband salad came out on a dirty dish, our friend had to get something other than what she ordered because they ran out and it came out fatty, cold, dry, and the noodles were crunchy.
