Me and my boyfriend have been wanting the triple dipper for awhile now so we finally decided to see what all the hype is about. We walked in to a very busy restaurant but that just shows how amazing this location is. Our server Eric was very nice and attentive to detail. Any time our drinks were getting low he immediately got us refills even though he was juggling multiple tables his service was still top notch! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who’s looking to grab a quick and delicious bite to eat. The food was amazing and came out in no time!

After seeing the Chili’s commercial all weekend, my husband and I decided to give it a try. We don’t usually go to chain restaurants, but we thought we’d check it out. For starters, we ordered the regular fried mozzarella and the Nashville Hot fried mozzarella—both were delicious!

For our entrées, I had the Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers with fries, while my husband went with the BBQ Smokehouse Combo. He chose ribs, jalapeño smoked sausage, and Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers, paired with fries and white cheddar mac & cheese. Everything came out quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious.

Our server, Sarah, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely polite. She made the experience even better.

Waited 2 hours after putting our name in, for an bday dinner to celebrate a friend. For most of that time waiting, the hostess did not seem to care that we were just standing around taking up space in their very overcrowded front area. She assured us after asking about an hour in, that we would be next to sit (that did not happen). The second hostess that came in, was very polite and constantly communicating with us that he would get us sat as soon as they were able (he seemed to be aware of our wait time at that point) which was appreciated, it was then that the manager (what we assumed to be) jumped in and was also trying her best to manage the situation. We realized tables had been taking up space and staying way after finishing their meals which was definitely not on the staff. They did what they could. But the initial hostess was sitting tables left and right before us so we are unsure if they also had their names in OVER TWO hours prior to us. These were tables of the same size as us. We were eyeballing their waitlist, and she had taken 3 tables that were approx the same size, before us (though our name was at the top of the list). We all come from the food industry so we understand how this works. Once we sat, we ordered, unfortunately one of us had very raw or rare big bites which are just small sliders. Seems near impossible to cook those improperly and have never had them moo-ing the way hers were. The server was awesome, he went and got them remade for her and brought out. He was attentive. They do not seem to know what they have in their bar area however, except for margaritas. One of us asked for a specific liquor, he said they didn’t have it. We took it upon ourselves to go to the bar area and see, it was right there. We then asked the bartender if she could make it, she was stating they didn’t have the ingredients to do so, we corrected her & she then discovered they did in fact have the liquor that was needed. She was very kind!! but we found it strange half of the employees didn’t know what they had in stock for drinks. Overall we won’t be returning unfortunately. Too loud & a crowed atmosphere with tables 3 inches apart from eachother, can’t even move an inch when sitting or you’ll hit the person behind you if you’re at a middle table. We had to change a movie reservation 3 different times as well, since that was the follow up on the birthday night out. Nightmare, majority of the staff was super friendly though.

Stopped by Chili’s today—it’s been a long time since I’ve been to one, and honestly, it was great. The place was super clean and had a fresh, modern feel. The menu had solid prices, and everything sounded good. We ended up getting the Ribs Combo Platter with the Brisket Quesadillas and Chicken Crispers. It came with white cheddar mac and cheese (so good!) and we added the side of mushrooms, which were awesome too. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Definitely will return.

Total for everything was $29 plus tip.

Brought my family in. This our usual go to place but tonight when we arrived we had asked for a booth. Were told none were available despite seeing 3 open booths. Ordered our food right when the server came, server was nice but waited almost 30 minutes for a uncooked burger. Server said she would take it off and took the burger back and came back with a $5 discount.. I would have made the cook remake the entire order if I knew by taking it off would only be a $5 discount. Won’t be returning.

We had a few problems in the past at this location. We tried it again tonight and had the opportunity to talk to Stephanie who was the manager. She talked with us and made it a great experience. We also had our server Savannah who was very attentive took great care of us. The food was served hot and everything was great from start to finish.

Thanks for the great customer service, good food and drinks. Highly recommend this location and we will be back! Again both Stephanie and Savannah made it a great experience!

Ate there in person once that experience was amazing! Our waitress was amazing and food was delicious atmosphere was great too. On the other hand we ordered out food was not good, mozz sticks didn’t taste the same, mini sliders looked like a hockey puck dry and no flavour got the food fast but could have been better.

Yesterday we dined in around 6:30pm and needless to say it was extremely busy- even after we left around 8pm. The whole staff was working so hard, true rockstars, but I want to specifically shout out our server Shay for such amazing service, patience and genuine kindness while she served multiple tables. We could tell she was hard at work but she still made sure to check on us frequently, display patience as we decided our orders and kindly reminded us we were not being rushed regardless of the busy atmosphere. Shay is all around such a good natured person and she deserves high recognition for it. I called in to a manager to let them know as well. Thank you Shay and staff for making a friend groups night out so lovely. We will be back again 🙂

Our family stopped in for lunch and we had Eric as a server. This guy rocks! He is very friendly, funny and attentive. Food was amazing. This is our second time being there and we will continue to come back. Management Eric deserves a raise! He is a absolute golden asset to this restaurant. Thanks for making our day that much better!
